Excellent customer service with great…
Excellent customer service with great communication. Had to rearrange delivery, the customer service team were really lovely as were the delivery team. A small error was made, they took full responsibility and they couldn’t have rectified better. I recommend.

I have used Richer sounds for years now…
I have used Richer sounds for years now because their prices are very competitive. When going into the shop the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. But even when i cannot make it to the shop and order online i am kept up to date with the order and delivery process. The delivery guys are also very friendly and take care when delivering my item into my house.
What more do i want from a company?

Buying blind
Sought advice via the telephone line, not convinced they actually knew what I asked (difference between LA and LB model LG TV’s). They did provide some info re quality/suitability, but it’s not like looking at a product in the flesh so remains a blind buying experience with inherent fears if you don’t like what you get. Purchase itself simple enough inc application of discount code. An okay rather than outstanding experience.

I appreciate that buying remotely comes with it's own specific questions, but in the event that you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase we offer several ways that you can return it for something else, and if feasible we are always more than happy to demonstrate products in person at your local store.

Wouldn’t buy a tv anywhere else
Wouldn’t buy a tv from any other company. Good price and great service. TV arrived damaged presumably during transit. Called customer service and issue resolved easily and swiftly with replacement sent and original collected.
