Very informative and patient

The decision to go to Richer Sounds Oxford was based wanting excellent unbiased technical advise on the items that I wished to purchase. T help in our decision making I felt it import ant to have good customer service with friendly courteous staff, available not during the decision and purchasing phase but confident that after receipt of the items the same quality of service would still be there. In all these aspects Richer Sounds delivered again and again. i am so pleased that I chose this company. Thank you to Kazans ,Ash, Paddy, Ash and all the staff at Oxford.

Really helpful at every stage. Great advice presale. Great experience on collection. I had a little issue with a TV remote and that was resolved quickly and easily. Just non-stressful, friendly, competent service all the way through.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, was able to answer all my questions. Communication was good and quick delivery. The DAB radio and CD player work very well, just what I wanted.

Damien was so kind and courteous in helping me to decide on whether I should purchase the LG C5 and what size (I ended up picking 77 inch). He took me into the showroom and showed me various sound options which I am now considering. He was patient and not pushy in his demeanour. He allowed me to express my views and gave me factual information when required. His considerate approach is why I called back and ordered specifically from him over the phone and he helped me maximise my savings discount. He is a true asset to the company and I honestly wished other stores had salesmen like him!

Quickly established that a product we had bought online wasn't functioning properly and issued a refund so we could upgrade to a different model.

Had to claim on the 6 year tv guarantee. From the first call everyone was spot on right through ordering a new tv and the delivery.

For me it means a lot to be able to see equipment before I buy, and also to chat to experienced people about the choice I need to make. I travelled 30 miles to get to a Richer Sounds store in Oxford and was very grateful for the friendly and knowledgeable help I was given for my new WiiM equipment.

Richer sounds are always the best option for HiFi, TV and all other home media technology. Best customer service in the game, most knowledgeable advisors and only stocking genuinely good products that won't let you down.

My 5 year old Denon receiver needed a CD player repair. I'd forgotten if I'd taken an extended 6 year warranty and had no paperwork. Kaz and his team at Oxford went to the trouble of finding détails of my pruchase in 2021, and said, yep you're covered. That impressed me, my original purchase and the repair were no big deal compared to the amazing kit they sell- but they took the time. Even better, when I took it in I was expecting the usual 14 day or more wait, it wasn't urgent but no,afer leaving it there at 1pm on Thursday, it was back on my doorstep with DPD on Saturday, just under 48 hours later, fully repaired, sounding great and no cost or delivery charge at all. Wow, amazing service ....I'm definitely a customer for life.Ray. Oxford.

The service was great. The person who served me remembered me from last October. It was really enjoyable shopping there again.

As soon as I walked in the manager remembered my name and asked about the speakers I had purchased 3 months earlier, most impressive.

Easy to buy over the phone and reassured by their expertise. Delivery was super quick and there were no issues in swapping out a damaged lid when my player arrived.

Spoke to Kaz who price matched a TV for me after an email request. He replied quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Will be shopping here again.
