Great service - poor contractor recommendation advice
Fantastic service from the team at Nottingham. From start to finish they couldn’t do enough. 4 stars awarded purely on the basis that the installation contractor they recommended has be a huge let down and that they should have engaged with the Richer Sounds specialist team on my project from the start; otherwise it would have been a 5 star review and the fourth star is purely for Tim from the specialist team for being SO BRILLIANT!
I’ve had several issues with the installation contractor (Virtuoso AV) and this has left a bad taste from an overall good experience.

Thank you for your feedback, it's of course disappointing that the external contractor left a bad taste for you so please accept my apologies. Whilst I'm pleased that Tim managed to rescue things to your satisfaction, I will of course follow up with him to ensure our relationship with them is reviewed.
I trust all is now working and that you are happy, but if you do have any further questions of course please do get touch..

Thanks for your feedback, great to read you were happy with our service.
Excellent customer service. Solid array of products.
I was feeling quite lost, trying to find the right setup for an old turntable that I'd been given by a relative. The abundance of choice and information on the Internet can be overwhelming for me, so I went for some in-person advice.
On my first visit into Richer Sounds, I was given clear, simple advice for what to look for. There wasn't any pressure to buy and I was given plenty of patience to ask any questions I had about the potential set up.
Afterwards, I found a model of speakers for a reasonable price that was luckily in stock at Richer Sounds. I booked in for a test with these speakers and a budget friendly pre-amp (chosen by the shop staff). When I next visited, I was brought into a separate room where I could test my turntable from home connected to the new speakers and pre-amp. I was very happy with the sound quality and decided to purchase the whole set up.
I'd certainly recommend Richer Sounds to those looking for anything hi-fi or TV related.

Good communication between stores
Good communication between stores. Bit of parking at the Notts store which is a benefit. Everything ready and the guy carried the tv to my car.
Good price and guarantee so I’m happy enough.
I’ve bought most of my big TVs from Richer Sounds because of the above.

Great team for service and prices
Proffesional service and a team that have worked together for years, are a breath of fresh air in these times of " we must meet targets and forget the customer service" I have used the nottingham shop for years and its great to see that nothing has changed in regards to how you are treated as a customer. Alex the manager as helpful as he always has been , along with great staff.

Fantastic service, great staff & store
All the staff who i spoke to were very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales talk or up-selling which is always a plus. Listening room was excellent and ended up with a very nice set of HD 600's. Very happy with them and I will be back as i am wanting to upgrade my front speakers on my main system.
