Popped in for a look of what tv was on offer had a chat with a salesman asked what was important in a new tv. Got a great response and finally settled on new lg tv with a new sound bar.

Always very attentive staff, made to feel special even if your only spending a tenner

I rang for advice concerning new speakers for my hi fi. The man I spoke to was so helpful and I got the impression he really knew his stuff. I bought 2 speakers over the phone with him. He went through all the ones I could have had. I gave him the serial number of my hi fi which is quite old and he found the best ones. Delivered in a couple of days so brilliant. Thank you

We bought a TV from Richer Sounds as we wanted to buy from a local store. The tv was broken. They were efficient in having a new one delivered but sadly that was the end of the good service. Collection of the broken tv was supposed to be with delivery of the new one. The driver said he knew nothing about it and wouldn’t take it. We then called several times to Richer Sounds to ask them to collect the broken one. After several promises to call back to sort out they finally arranged a collection. This was after saying they had been too busy in the shop to call sort out the problem. We were initially given a time of 10am to 5pm for collection. After asking for something a little sooner we were given a between 3pm to 4pm. As I write at 4.45pm the tv has still not been collected. The shop’s attitude is poor. They have given themselves a pat on the back for replacing the broken tv sold to us and a “ well you can bring it into the shop” response. If it was easy to take into the shop we would have done that already. The city location and limited parking options make that that difficult. You can do better than this. A good outcome isn’t just the sale of the item. It’s managing problems with the same concern. No wonder people go to the larger companies. Very disappointed in them.

N.B- since this review Tom from Richer Sounds has looked into the issue and will be sorting out the problem. This is very much appreciated and we would purchase again from Richer Sounds. Confidence and trust has been restored. Thank you.

An easy experience going from an initial query into making a sale. Moving house and an easy step towards upgrading the surround sound system I bought from Richer Sounds in 2018.

The manager took time to demonstrate different speakers so I could make an informed decision.

Having researched the type of audio player I wanted I invested in a Ruark RS3, which I bought at Richer Sounds. Before buying it I was able to listen to it in the shop prior to making my final decision. The guys the shop are polite, friendly and knowledgable and I felt confident in their expertise. My choice of Ruark arrived in about three days and it is great! Excellent communication and good service all round. I would definitely go back to Richer Sounds.

Excellent Service.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot fault their customer service, they even opened the shop 10 minutes early!! I purchased a mini Hifi system plus speakers from them on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Monday. They also do not upsell you or add in extra's you don't need. Very refreshing to find a shop that sells to your needs and wants and not try to sell you the most expensive things on promotion.
One very happy and returning customer here.

My experience with Richer Sounds as an extremely pleasant one. I felt with them purely over the phone, this was due to my problems with mobility due to my disability.
But that didn’t stop the care and attention that the staff showing extreme knowledge in the products that I was interested in.
I ended up purchasing a Cambridge Audio CXA amplifier, and a Cambridge CXC Cd, plus a pair of Wharfedale floor speakers, plus cables etc.
Now all has been delivered and everything is up and running I am a very happy customer.
So many thanks to the Norwich branch.

from your Norwich branch .The manager,Tony, was very helpful and later when I experienced difficulty in connecting with my Evo one he
was even more helpful. The problem was resolved with a little help from my son -in- law
but was as described by Tony , grateful thanks to him for his patience and perseverance.

I came to the shop to buy a fairly cheap turntable for my grandson and was served by one of the staff who was very polite and friendly and went on to explain the item I wanted was ok but quite low level equipment and that a customer had just returned a turntable that had only just had the box opened but that customer realised the item wasn't compatible with the rest of his equipment. When the staff member explained all the functions of the returned item for not much more money as they couldn't sell it as new I was very happy to purchase that particular turntable. Both myself and my grandson are very happy with the item and he is going to upgrade the speakers I handed down to him at some point in the near future and had asked me to take him back to the store where I purchased his deck. So see you again soon.

The level of service was excellent - as always - aside from the good prices that can often be obtained at Richer Sounds I have always found that the after sales / service aspect is terrific.

Great advice and took time to show me all options.

I knew which radio I wanted. Ruark. Saw more than one outlet in Norwich. Chose Richer Sounds!
