Ordered a record player, arrived damaged (likely delivery issue) - made one phone call to the London Bridge store & had a new one in under 24 hours. I'll always buy my audio kit from here.

How to Gain a Low Review Due to 3rd Party Companies You Associate With!
Trying to connect to my account online was terrible due to Cloudflare (a noted rubbish and lack of security add on). The young chap at London Bridge who took my call was very helpful and was able to process my purchase of an new LG OLED. Of course this is still on order as I have not received an update by email as the online website is useless due to Cloudflare.
If there was no Cloudflare this review would have been significantly better.
Moral of this review is lose Cloudflare and don't use third parties that are rubbish!

Thank you for your feedback although I was really sorry to read you experienced problems making a purchase with us online. Cloudflare is used widely amongst businesses for security, performance and reliability reasons, and protects the site from attack; from a customer point of view at most it should be a quick tick box to complete at most.
I really appreciate you taking my call however and your time in discussing the detail with me, it appears that not accepting cookies may have caused some issues here but we're discussing with our developers to try and recreate your journey and determine what caused you the problems.

Could not fault the experience
From the moment I entered the store nothing was too much trouble. The product I was after wasn’t in stock but they ordered it from the warehouse and sent it to my home (for free!) and it arrived in perfect condition within two days. The staff were just the best. Super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit the London Bridge store and I would recommend Richer Sounds as a place that understands how to make customers happy.

Wrong model
Had a bit of the problem as was given the incorrect model of the record deck but the people in the store where very good in storing this out There was a bit of delay but this was over the Chirstmas/New Year period and must thank the store staff for being so helpfull

Quick service
I came to collect a pair of Sennheiser headphones and the pick up was quick. Fast service and an expected customer service. The aesthetic of the shop was nice as well.

Fast process
I couldn’t find the Fosi DS2 DAC in any shop in London but I ordered online and I picked it up from the London Bridge shop, the whole process only took a few days, excellent!!!!

Decent web experience plus the trust that if Richer Sounds stock it, it will be a good quality product. Store staff are helpful and about as well informed as you will find on the high street.

Purchased Technics SL-1200M7B turntable…
Purchased Technics SL-1200M7B turntable in October for a Christmas present, Opened it up and set everything up, Went to play it and got faint sound. Tested on two other systems still the same, which normal means Dirt or oxidation on the metal contacts where the headshell screws into the tonearm can cause a bad connections, When re-seating the Headshell to cartridge connection, the red cable snapped, Which is annoying on Christmas Day, So Boxing Day I went to the London Bridge store where I purchased the unit which opened at 10am, I got to the store at approximately 10:50 am with the headshell and cartridge to get replacement headshell cables and to see if they could test the headshell, to identify if issues was with the headshell or the cartridge or the unit it self, The Assistant said that they would go speak to their Manager who was on lunch, The assistant came back a few minutes later and informed me that they can’t test it as I would need to purchase a new headshell, and that Amazon or some DJ shops sell them, Which kind of felt like we have your £700, Now go away attitude, After 20 years of shopping at richer sounds this is the first time I’ve ever had to ask for their customer services support, Which clearly London Bridge store has
After speaking to Richer sounds senior Customer service representative, And explained the situation, Paddy apologised for the experience and frustration caused, and order replacement cables for the headshell, and a reimbursement of £30 for the replacement headshell I ordered.
Recieved the replacement headshell cables on 12-01-2026, and installed them and worked perfectly, Thank you Richer sounds HQ Customer service team for rectifying this.

It was of course most disappointing read about the issues you had following purchasing a Technics turntable from us for Christmas and I’m truly sorry. In fairness it may be difficult for the store colleagues to fault find without the main unit itself and testing a damaged product is problematic in itself; however it’s disappointing that you left with such a negative impression and I agree the colleagues could have done more in light of the fact you had experienced difficulties from the outset.
I have since all of this explained to the manager and team so that in the future they deal with anything similar in a more successful manner and in the meantime I understand you have since spoken to our senior customer service team who have resolved the matter to your satisfaction.
Hopefully you can see from the 98% of positive reviews on Trustpilot that these problems are rare, and I'm sorry for what happened on this occasion.

Richer Sounds and What Hi Fi nail it!
Loved stepping foot into the London Bridge record breaking store and meeting Malik. Enthusiastic, full of knowledge and very helpful. He kindly set up a set of compact DALI floor standing speakers and talked through a possible set up for my lounge. Very pleased with my WhatHiFi 5* SoundMagic wired earbuds. Love the magazine, in and admiration of how Richer Sounds operate. By far my favourite company to do business with in store or online. No regrets... ever! Thank you
