I could not access my online account with Richer Sounds to purchase a new LG OLED. Cloudflare on trying to enter kept reverting back to the start of the process. I therefore used the telephone system and London Bridge took my order and delivered on the 27th January, three days after receipt of stock.

The account problem was successfully resolved by Tom (Customer Services Manager) and his team.
Tom took the time and the trouble to call me on a number of occasions which I really appreciated.
I found out that the company had renewed their online customer accounts in 2024 and I had to re-register my account. To do this one of the team suggested Cloudflare may work if I cleared cookies. By allowing cookies as a one time event I was able to re-register my account.

As someone who has loved high quality Hi-Fi and the respective listening experience, I have been a Richer Sounds shopper, for nearly as long as the brand has existed.

This trip started with pointing out to my companion, the site of the original store, London Bridge walk.

We were warmly welcomed for my collection of a Pioneer PLX 500 turntable (my first for over 20 years).

With Alex facilitating a request to use the demo room, allowing my 9-year old niece to spin her first piece of vinyl! She was enthralled by both the listening experience and “green” circle of vinyl, confirming that she loved the tune and sound.

Alex very kindly created a handle for the journey and we took the long and “heavy” route home, jointly setting up the new deck and playing another “first” disc!

I have since added a new dedicated Phono board to my Arcam A22 and whilst reviews vary, I am personally enjoying great balanced sound, with decent low bass weight at low volume levels. Also not detecting any rumble, which was one of the risks of going from belt to direct drive.

My niece enthusiastically confirmed that yes, she would like my older player, a maintained Project Debut (new cartridge, belt and anti-skate weight). Given I bought her the RSD 4x coloured vinyl issue of Oasis’ Time Flies, I believe I know what her first listen will be!

Big thank you to Alex and the team, for making a simple collection, a very memorable experience…with some good advice in the real secondhand value of my Arcam A22 DAVE. You have gained a new younger Richer Sounds fan and kept the loyalty of a much an older one!

Ordered a record player, arrived damaged (likely delivery issue) - made one phone call to the London Bridge store & had a new one in under 24 hours. I'll always buy my audio kit from here.

Trying to connect to my account online was terrible due to Cloudflare (a noted rubbish and lack of security add on). The young chap at London Bridge who took my call was very helpful and was able to process my purchase of an new LG OLED. Of course this is still on order as I have not received an update by email as the online website is useless due to Cloudflare.
If there was no Cloudflare this review would have been significantly better.
Moral of this review is lose Cloudflare and don't use third parties that are rubbish!

The staff were courteous and polite. I had a couple of things delivered to the London Bridge shop- a smooth, easy transaction.

From the moment I entered the store nothing was too much trouble. The product I was after wasn’t in stock but they ordered it from the warehouse and sent it to my home (for free!) and it arrived in perfect condition within two days. The staff were just the best. Super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit the London Bridge store and I would recommend Richer Sounds as a place that understands how to make customers happy.
