no Order was placed as it was unnecessary due to bad guidance from Richer Sounds due to a very costly & terrible referral by yourselves due to my Sonos not working & AV Solutions put forward ( who happen to be TV Specialists only )who completely destroyed my Sonos App & Contents , were completely useless & completely over charged me. Not Happy in any way.

Thank you for your feedback although I was sorry to read that you are unhappy following a recent contact with our Holborn store.
From investigation I understand that the original aim behind contacting us was to obtain assistance in diagnosing some pre existing problems you were having with an older generation Sonos system, the branch referred you to their installer although also as a back up plan arranged a quote for a newer up to date system. When the engineer attended, unfortunately part of your current set up was actually faulty, which is why it was not working correctly.
Since then my colleague Paddy Hall has been in touch to offer a no extra cost solution to yourself, but you are instead considering the replacement system and a discount has been applied to the quote for it by way of goodwill for the difficulties you have had.
Hopefully you can see from the 98% of overwhelmingly positive reviews on Trustpilot that these problems are rare, and I'm sorry that things went wrong for whatever reason on this occasion.

Some reasons I buy from Richer Sounds (Holborn)
I tend to usually buy from Richer Sounds. The main reason is because they seem to stock very well reviewed equipment, at competitive prices.
Secondly, they offer an unusually impressive extended warranty.
Lastly, I find that the staff are really very good, (I mostly buy from the Holborn branch as it's my nearest, but when I have bought from other branches, the staff have also impressed me.)
So, as an example: I recently had a post-purchase issue for equipment I bought at the Holborn branch. Steve (the branch manager) sorted it instantly, without any fuss, and at no cost to me. It's really quite rare to find such good customer service. I wish other retailers were more like this.
