Ordered online on Saturday before Christmas was able to pick up in store on Tuesday excellent communication with the team. Got exactly what we wanted at a good price

I was able to park directly opposite the Bromley shop and my CD player was carried to my car for me.

Matt went out of his way to source the TV bought in Nov as the new stock was not coming in until the New Year as this was a Christmas Present I was not happy

The staff instore are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to advise suitable products within my budget. Delivery service was quick and efficient. Can’t fault.

The personal help of Matt at Bromley despite not receiving speakers lost by DPD he has lent me speakers so I have some over Christmas until mine are found or come back in stock . I suggest you sack DPD. Happy Christmas.

I bought some QED speaker cable from the Bromley store and there was an issue with one of the banana plugs. Matt came to my house to sort it for me. Amazing service!

Was looking for a hifi set after much research i settle for Richer sounds Bromley,
I met Jerome he was so welcoming and enthusiastic after describing what I was looking for he made a few recommendations and setup the studio so I could have a listen to the equipment, he generated a quote for a few items for Me to have a think about, there was no hard sell
After a few days I return and met with Jerome after much discussion I settle for the Arcam A5 plus Amp and the Wharfedale EVO 5.3 speaker to get me started, more equipment to follow
Jerome is an asset to Richer sounds he made my experience enjoyable

Staff both in shops and telesales very helpful. Finally listening to my teenager LPs again and somehow I still know all the words after 25 years. Just don’t ask me what I did last week…great little turntable, very easy to set up.

Richer Sounds consistently delivers beyond expectations. Although this was a relatively small purchase, I was impressed by the Bromley branch’s level of attention, excellent advice, and swift delivery. The staff are highly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the products they sell. I highly recommend this store, which stands well ahead of its competitors.

Since I though all TVs recorded in this day & age (& my previous Sony did), I never thought to ask and wasn't given the info that the Sony I bought didn't. Still, we have catchup on most stations I suppose.

Customer service has been outstanding! Thanks again to Matt and Tommy for supporting with my original faulty TV which couldn't be fixed. Which lead to a purchase of a new TV with a gift voucher which was very much appreciated. I am happy with my new TV. As well I have been a customer of Richer Sounds for fair few years and the customer service has always been very good. Thanks again.

Bought a tv during Black Friday. Customer support was really helpful and accepted “price match” twice afterwards.
The delivery was fast and smooth

My recent visit to the Bromley branch was a good experience. The store is outdated but the staff were very helpful. The main reason why I used RS is be they give you the same price as other stores like Currys and other out lets without the added insurance cost. I've now bought four TV for my family and touch wood no issues. So, not yet tested the warranty or, company's customer service.

Excellent customer service. The store Manager is very good and always pleasent to deal with. Been shopping here since 2007 and will continue to as well.

All of the staff at the Bromley store were incredibly helpful and took the time to allow me make my decision on a TV and Soundbar.
I had three visits to the store and each time they allowed me to experiment with the tv and test the soundbar fully and answered my many quest questions with great knowledge and professionalism.
