This is by far the cruest way of getting a casino to turn their back on you.
To say I'm furious is definitely an understatement. You're nothing but a pack of manipulative and little kids. Disgusting behaviours and vulnerability to a point you should not be running as a casino.

The worst experience I ever had was with this casino.I make a deposit of 200€ after I sent all the original documents and they rejected my documents every time .
