3 years ago we used the services of Rex Gooding to sell a property. Good communications throughout enabled the sale to be completed quickly and hassle free and finding the right people was most important to us as they were to be our new neighbours! We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of this sale.

Later, we purchased a buy to let apartment through Rex Gooding. The sale went through without any hitches, was completed on the Thursday, a viewing the next day and the tenants moved in the following Thursday. The quick turnaround of the necessary work to comply with buy to let regulations and bringing the property up to standard could not have been achieved without the help and support of the staff at Rex Gooding.

On the contrary we have recently completed the purchase of another buy to let apartment through a different estate agent. Two weeks on we are still awaiting the ‘printing’ of the vouchers for a free meal promised on the completion of the sale! I've found that they take the time to try and help whenever they can, even if it is not something they are dealing with. I've spoken to both the residential and commercial department who have both gone out of their way to help. A good example would be arranging viewings when convenient to us or giving their opinion about commercial units.
