Joined on 20th of the month and was billed full month cost - it is not pro-rota!

Fair play to customer support, they did refund when I complained. After 7 days I am seeing I am now being throttled so will be ending it before the next billing date.

Just set up with Rewild which doesn’t seem to only be the cheapest provider for unlimited date, but also supports charity. Had a nearly smooth setup including my number transfer and when I bumped into some small data issues, Rhys has been great customer service to help me over that little bump 💪

I have had nothing but excellent interactions with Rewild Mobile. Setting my account up and installing the eSIM in my phone were simple, and the one time I’ve needed to speak to Customer Service, Rhys - the chap I spoke to - was incredibly helpful and sorted my problem out straightaway.

I get fantastic reception from their sim and have been enjoying super fast 5G data speeds pretty much everywhere I’ve been.

And on top of this all, I get the reassurance that Rewild are taking affirmative action to improve the natural environment around us. I hope more companies adopt this eco-positive attitude and make it easy for their environmentally conscious customers to help make the world a better place.

Can use their app to click a country where you are going abroad and the price is very cheap and reasonable compare to other sim networks which charge you a lot!!
Would definitely recommend this network to anyone :)

Brilliant, fast, clear and knowledgeable

I thought transferring my SIM to Rewild would be so much more challenging than it was. Thank you for making the process so simple with simple instructions. Thank you to Rhys from customer services who I contacted to keep my existing number. I have saved money and am helping the planet what could be better!

Had a small issue where it looked like I was gonna get double charged, but this was fixed rapidly and live chat was really helpful. Would recommend.

A few configuration headaches, and the support site appears to be non-functional. However the support provided by live chat and whatsapp was good: Rhys got back to queries within a couple of minutes even on Sunday, and provided accurate, helpful, specific technical advice which worked a treat and resolved our problems. Initial impressions very good overall.

Rhys was amazing, replied quickly, addressed the issue, explained and resolved the issue in a concise and friendly manner.

Customer Support (Rhys) was excellent on the message service. Sim arrived quickly and service was good in our area, although it did reduce a bit at peak hours. Definitely worth a try!

Rhys's knowledge and expertise allowed e to set up the sim in my router to achieve speeds to allow streaming.

First time buying a eSIM and bought one for for data but my iMessages wont work. Messaged the WhatsApp and received a speedy response explaining I can request a daily charge option on the dashboard with no need to switch eSIM, good customer service. Will work out the same price as my provider but still a more ethical choice I think.
