Revive properties where not honest when they stereo typed and did not want to rent to someone on benefits. They asked for loads of extra all provided and conditions met but kept saying they was waiting for the lender to confirm they can rent to people on benefits. They then illegally asked why PIP was being paid and about Heath after this they stopped communicating or responding it’s been 3 weeks.

I am greatly satisfied by the services provided by Revive property specially Cons. They always take care of the maintenance issues as soon as we complain through their app. However, there were a few maintenance issues raised while I was in the property and they took care of them less than one day. I highly recommend them for the tenants and the landlords who are looking for a good managing agents.

I rented from Revive from August 2022 to December 2023 and the property team were responsive and helpful with maintenance and with bills and wifi and a cleaner included it was good that everything was taken care of. Also it was easy to have space to work at home and live in a nice area for an affordable price. The only thing I would consider a less appealing part of renting (compared with my new rental) was the limit on the heating system for cost reasons, which sometimes left the property cold - but I did buy a personal heater for my room for working at home.

Absolutely recommend revive property uk to both landlords and tenants. They provided nothing but a professional, friendly and polite service throughout. Definitely leagues above the average estate agent and couldn’t of been more prompt when dealing with things.

It was a great experience as Constantino was very responsive and quick to help. Although sometimes I was not happy with the state of the house (housemates) in all it was a great experience.

I rented with Revive property for 3 years! The flat was in a prime location (15mins from hackney central) yet my room was a great price with bills included. The process of viewing the property to signing the contract and moving in was quick and straight forward. I was fortunate to live with people I got on very well with and now consider them great friends. The flat came with Netflix and a bi weekly cleaner that cleaned all communal areas. Any queries or issues were answered/dealt with accordingly (with direct contact to Con and Mert). I particularly appreciate the great communication during the latter part of my tenancy and the swiftness in which my room was checked and deposit released. Myself, Sam and Meriam thank you for all the help we received. It’s greatly appreciated.

Renting with Revive Property was an excellent experience. The room was large and the house was in a great location. All the bills were included, including a cleaner, which made things much simpler. I rented a room at a property managed by Revive between Feb-Nov 2022. Given this was an especially tricky time in the market for renters my overall experience was positive, communication prior to settling my contract and when vacating was made to be very easy and hassle free. Con and Mert are great, friendly and helpful. It was a huge positive to have all bills included as part of my rent, takes stress and hassle away from dealing with housemates which no one enjoys!
