Resume Writer India Anmeldelser

I purchased a CDR Writing Service after seeing their advertisement on Google. During the purchase process, I communicated with a representative named Samona from Resume Writer. I was clearly told that the service included three Career Episodes and a Summary Statement. Based on that assurance, I paid the required amount, with the promise that the complete service would be delivered within two weeks. However, after payment, they informed me that the Summary Statement was not included, and that I would have to pay an additional ₹7,500 + GST for it. This was completely different from what was promised at the time of purchase. I told them I would only consider that additional service after reviewing the quality of the three Career Episodes. The service officially started after I provided all required documents on 22/09/2025. On 26/09/2025, a Zoom call was conducted with the assigned writer, where I clearly explained my requirements and the Engineers Australia (EA) standards along with the feedback I had received. The writer confirmed understanding and promised the first draft within two weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received the first draft only on 07/10/2025. The content was completely below standard, did not align with EA guidelines, and failed to reflect the provided feedback. I immediately raised this concern by email and requested a refund of ₹8,850 since the service delivered was not as promised. They refused a refund and instead asked for the editable Word version so they could update the content. I provided the files on 14/10/2025, but after that, they stopped responding and did not deliver any updated Career Episodes. My submission deadline to Engineers Australia was 21/10/2025, and I missed it because of their negligence, misleading promises, and failure to provide the service I paid for. To date, they keep delaying with excuses such as “management will call,” but no resolution or refund has been provided. I was misled, denied the promised service, and suffered financial and application-related loss. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest and appropriate action against the company for false advertising, and misrepresentation, and after raising complaint docket number 8073892, they agreed to pay 50%, but still now no payment has been received from the company.

Please don't believe them and they don't respond to the call and they will block our number and i have all the recordings of there misrepresentation and also raised a complaint in consumer court.

Deepak Josey, padma and samona all they cheated me, so it is advised not to fall prey to this people and i don't have a option to give zero rating

This is was there previous Website by scamming customers resumewriterindia.in and now they have changed the Website without CDR writing service, as they were tried to scam.

If anyone got scammed let me know i will raise a case in consumer court to blacklist this company.

People with zero arrogance. Absolutely loved the experience. The way they admitted and corrected some mistakes has my heart. Looking forward to seek their assistance in the future as well.

The team provided an outstanding service, and I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend their services.

The team with whom I was dealing with was nice and they were always in touch with me either through email or phone until the smooth completion of resume. Ms. Pavithra deserves a special appreciation for her skills in closing in a customer and further follow ups. Equally appreciated the services of Priyanka and Madhumitha who were also part of the processes. Thank you

"I wanted to congratulate to PAVITHRA on your determination to finish my CV. It was hard and you had to put in a lot of effort. However, you still did it with a smile ."
