Reliable delivery of notes but there are SO many spelling mistakes of patient names on the portal it is unbelievable and takes extra time to find each one.
I'd also like to thank Michelle Monahan personally who has chased up missing notes for me in the past, with great efficiency .

Could do Better
there is a particular member of staff who is very helpful and knowledgably Ms Russell , however I note that there appears to be a disconnect between the admin staff and the warehouse which can lead to mistakes
