They get paid to remove Negative reviews. Shops have Perfect 5.0 ratings despite multiple negative experience reviews. If you search long enough you'll see there's negative reviews not being calculated into their rating scores. Don't trust review sites that won't post or will remove negative reviews from honest customer interactions.

This is a multilevel scam. They train you to press buttons supposedly helping brands, promote their products, it maybe that you are actually helping your trainer make some commission money.

But when they ask you to "top up" your account by putting money in via cash app. That is the big red flag.

I wouldn't trust the reviews on Reseller Ratings as they delete the 1 stars. I have tried a couple of time to review a company but they never post it. I tried contacting ResellerRatings and asking them about it but they say it does not meet the guidelines. I asked them what does not meet the guidelines because it is the same review that others have given and they said "Merchants have the right to flag reviews that do not reflect the full scope of their brand experience." but what I reviewed was exactly part of the brand experience. So the merchants choose what gets posted probably because they pay to be on this site so Reseller Ratings wants to look after the company you are rating.
Update- Still trying to post the negative review and I have asked Reseller Ratings why they won't post it and they said it will be but in 48 hours but it has been weeks. They now won't reply to emails or answer on the website chat.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I used them in paid service for quite a few years. The problem is - when you try to leave, they still rank your reviews and if you get 1 bad review in a year then it looks like all the thousands of others are bad reviews as well. This is underhanded and deceptive .Warning to others! If I had known this at the start I would never have signed up in the first place.

They used to be great, but they must have been bought out, maybe several times. It's just a for profit site now, that doesn't care about you or me, it's customers are now the very stores we used to be able to review there. Conflict of Interest...of course. Try adding a store or contacting them as to why you couldn't. I couldn't nor could I get anything but an automated response when I tried to ask what the problem was.

Would recommend that you do NOT engage with this company. Dishonest and does not do the work you will be paying them a LOT to do.

Posted a very legitimate, negative review of toyotapartsdeal.com and it was up for a day and then taken down.

I may have been hacked by this company. Definitely not legitimate.

This company sends unsolicited spam emails. Will need to post negative reviews of company who sold my email address to this fraud 3rd party.

I left a review for a company that does business with Resellersratings.com. The review was a 1 star review. The review was posted to the companies web site but then disappeared. I went and looked at my profile on Resellersratings.com and it showed I had posted the review but for some unknown reason it is not showing. Makes you wonder if they are pulling negative reviews for paying customers? They state on the web site that reviews can not be removed but guess what?
