Fantastic service by Lauren!! Requested an old chain for one of the necklaces and service was brilliant with very fast international delivery! Was already a returning customer but now I will definitely be recommending the company to all my family and friends!!

I had a little default in a necklace I was given as a gift and Lauren provided me with probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. She was very quick to reply and answered all my silly questions and was able to solve the issue quickly and easily. The necklace itself is absolutely stunning and one I hope to have forever. Highly recommend!!!

My sisters bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday. They are beautiful and I wear them every day! Unfortunately I lost one of the earrings. I contacted Reliquia and they very kindly helped me with a replacement. I am very happy with the earrings and the customer service is above and beyond. I would definitely buy again for myself or for a present for someone else. Very, very highly recommended.

I ordered the reliquia maxima necklace (through The Iconic). It arrived a truly beautiful colour, however within three weeks the gold colour was coming off in certain places, despite following all care instructions. I truly doubt their products are really gold filled, as that should not happen with gold filled jewelry, and I could not find any hallmark stamps on it. I have arranged a return with iconic, but will not be purchasing products from this brand again given the high price and apparently poor quality.

Very nice designs HOWEVER i strongly question whether they are true gold fill. I have many gold fill items from other places and the 2 sets of earrings i have from reliquia get a progressively worse stainless steel coloured tarnish even when not being used. Happened with 2 different items of different carat, it is very very odd. Love their designs but am extremely uncomfortable about ordering, I have gold plate earrings that are in better condition honestly and have had for longer. For reference they are unwearable at 6months. I do not wear daily or allow them to get wet. Polishing cloths cannot break through the tarnish: there is just no gold left underneath.

My husband purchased a necklace for me for Mother’s Day that I absolutely loved! Unfortunately, it has worn terribly and the gold had come off after only a month or so. I have reached out to customer service on 3 seperate occasions and received a message promising a reply the following day TWICE. I am still yet to have received any helpful information or resolution. I am extremely disappointment, the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

Ordered an item for my wedding about 3 weeks before my wedding. The international shipping was quite expensive but I thought this was enough time.

The item did not arrive in time - it in fact did not get shipped for 10 days after the order was made.

When I inquired for a refund the only option I was offered was a credit and was pointed to their store policy (shipping could take 1 - 4 weeks)

For the price paid for shipping (i.e $25) I didn't feel like this was very good service and therefore I will not be purchasing in the future.

No comment on the item as I still have not received it.

Really really beautiful jewellery, however i heavily question the quality and how much they are really worth as while attempting to put my second earring from the dion earrings on, the stick part that goes in your ear broke off immediately after barely even being touched. i spent $200 on these.

Purchased an item worth almost $300. After arrival, we immediately realised that they were faulty, and of poor quality. Emailed their customer service people who would not give a refund, only store credit. Their returns page only states that store credit is given following a 'change of mind', and states nothing about refunds in regard to recieving a poor quality/broken/faulty item. Will never purchase from this company again, and would similarly never recommend to anyone looking to make a purchase.

I ordered a pair of earrings more than one month ago to spain and they still have not arrived. I have not received any communication and it is not possible to know where the delivery is. I only know it was delivered from Sydney more than one month ago. Honestly i would like a refund. The jewellery is so expensive for the service.

I have the Gold Star Sign Necklace Pisces necklace and I love it! It's a gorgeous piece and I get so many compliments. Unfortunately the clasp was faulty but customer service was amazing and so understanding. Would definitely buy again.

Very bad quality while the jewelry is quite expensive, my rings already started to look outworn after 1 month without wearing them at night or nearby water.

I ordered a necklace from Reliquia over a month ago, to be shipped to the London. The necklace still hasn't arrived, and I haven't received any kind of communication from the shipping company (FedEx) regarding when they intend to deliver my necklace, or the payment of customs tax.

I have sent Reliquia three e-mails over the past two weeks to asking them to follow up, none of which has been responded to. Terrible customer service, would definitely not recommend purchasing their products if you live abroad.
