I was down after buying a ticket for the Emirates flight of this sat 02/08/23 with travel up because they did not issue any ticket after payment they just send me a reservation email when I call them they say it may take 48 to 72 hrs to issue the ticket I was down because a lot of scammers around we never know,then I call Emirates from the number on the website, and I got a lovely and very helpful person who has done everything to help and comfort me her name is SARAH,it should be in capital letters she was great and she will go a long way in that job honestly I congratulate for doing her job very professional and me I have been a postman for 47 yrs she make me happy and its very rare nowadays to see a very dedicated and helpful person thanking her Mr S.Ramanjooloo Postman of Croydon

I sent an e-mail to Victor on Bank Holiday Monday requesting some assistance in purchasing 3 tickets to the Caribbean in December. I was not expecting a response or a call until today Tuesday, but no, I received a call from Victor who once again came to my rescue and helped me out tremendously.

Bookes my flights with these, very good service & a great flight. I got extra help for my little on as shes autistic less connection time and it was pretty straight forward with less hassle, will definitely be booking again with them for my next holiday. I was served bu Matthew.
