Reid and Roberts Mold Anmeldelser

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently had the pleasure of selling our home and purchasing a new one through Reid and Roberts Estate Agents, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly positive.

The team at Reid and Roberts demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. They not only helped us sell our house quickly to wonderful buyers but also utilised their impressive network to find us an amazing off-market property that perfectly suited our needs.

Communication was a standout aspect of their service. We were kept informed at every stage, and any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. It was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

Special mention goes out to Lisa, Lauren, Holly, and Aimee, who were all fantastic! Each member of the team brought a unique strength to the table, and their collaborative effort made the entire experience enjoyable. Their attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction truly set them apart.

Thank you, Reid and Roberts, for making our selling and buying journey so smooth and successful. If you're looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent, look no further!

Very unhelpful compared to other local estate agents.
If you do not like a property the person seems to be a bit offended?
Much needed people skills are required for senior agents. Some wellbeing walks could help.
All in all this branch has been so unhelpful to a point where I will not even call them if I like one of their properties.

Me and my partner have just moved into our first home and I could not fault the service once, the communication was exceptional and all staff members I spoke to was so helpful and kind on every phone call, I could not recommend Reid & Roberts anymore! Thank you for making buying our first home so easy!

Julie & Rachel at the flint branch were magical - from arranging to view to getting the keys! Went so well thanks to these guys! Thanks again, Jenny

5* customer service.

Dealt with Mold office most.
Connahs Quay and Mold staff v goid customer service.
A special appreciation to Holly and Lisa who set sale rate.
Holly worked tirelessly to complete a happy outcome .

Terrible experience. Would help if you had staff that were able to open their mouths without a lie coming out. Maybe its an occupational hazard. After speaking with the buyer of my property it seems one story blaming me for hold up and another to me blaming them when in reality it was Reid and Roberts who were at blame. Would give no stars but there is no button for that !!!

We sold our home within a week with these! We had three parties view as soon as they marketed the property. Julie and Laura have been extremely responsive, supportive and professional. They have been miles ahead of the competition. We purchased our new property through another agent yet Julie and Laura were available with advice and guidance through the purchase, survey and legalities. Thank you!
