If can improve below is better:
1. answer emails from the same email thread, often they trend to open new emails for the same topics discussed before and hard to track for so many emails for one topic.
2. answer emails within 24-48 hours

I recently registered with this company with high hopes of receiving the good service that is often praised in the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. Once they have your money, it seems that they lose interest in providing quality service. There has been a significant lack of communication at every step of the process. Instead of receiving guidance from their team, I find myself bombarded with emails directly from the FDA without any explanation from the company.

Attempts to seek clarification or insight into the unfolding process have been frustrating. When I call for assistance, I am often placed on hold with the promise of a callback that never materializes until I initiate contact again. It is essential for the company to improve communication and ensure that someone reaches out at each stage of the FDA registration and DUNS number processes. Moreover, there should be clear communication about the potential consequences if the FDA cancels a registration, especially in cases where individuals work from home. This information needs to be communicated effectively from the start, considering the overwhelming nature of the entire process.

Regrettably, the service I have received is far below expectations, and I am disappointed that I paid $495 for what seems to be a subpar experience.

The FDA is letting the food corporations poisonous what the ingredients and the additives they put in our food and they know about it and they will not do a thing about it because it's all about money and corruption so to say they get a five star is pathetic if people knew what they are doing to us they wouldn't even get a one-star they are corrupt with the pharmaceutical companies if you look at the ingredients and the additives that they put in our food today and the FDA allows these chemicals and poisons that other countries do not allow if they allow this poison in our food that speaks highly of what pharmaceutical companies think about us
