It has gotten me back on my feet. Even though I'm not 100% I can do normal things again but at a slower pace. Better than nothing!

I had a PLM/platelet lysate procedure with Dr. Russo at Columbia Pain Management for degenerative disc disease in my lower back, and the results have been truly life-changing for me. Before the procedure, my lower back issues were affecting my quality of life and making everyday movement difficult. Dr. Russo was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly experienced with this type of regenerative spine treatment.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t just treat me like another patient—he understood the problem, explained the procedure clearly, and gave me confidence that I was in excellent hands. The procedure made a dramatic difference in my pain and function. My lower back feels so much better, and I am incredibly grateful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Russo and Columbia Pain Management to anyone dealing with chronic lower back pain or degenerative disc issues who is looking for a thoughtful, highly skilled physician and a nonsurgical option. For me, this procedure was absolutely worth it.

This treatment helped to improve my physical health of my knee and hip. I can do mild physical exercises

Unfortunately the bone marrow procedure did not do much for my aching back.
I believe the PRP procedure I had in 2024 did more to relieved my inflammation better than the Bone Marrow procedure.
Its to bad the Bone marrow procedure could not regenerate my L4 L5 & SI disks.
Praying in the future a miracle procedure will help regenerate disks.
Dr Goodwin is Dam good doctor who can only do procedures that Regenexx has approved. I would recommend Dr Goodwin and Regenexx even though my Bone marrow procedure was not effective. You have try to prevent surgery the best you can .
Especially at my age of 74. But I will keep looking for effective Stem Cell procedures and try to dodge more surgery. I had surgery in 2020 before I knew much about the stem cell stuff.
Surgery was effective in relieving some pain but not all, unfortunately.

They fixed a problem with my knee that had been bothering me for years

Dr. Sally is a great doctor. He looks at the whole person, not just one knee. No other orthopedic doctor does that and it is much needed. He has given me great suggestions as well.

I lead a free-pain, active life thanks to Regenexx, a healthy diet and exercise. I feel better now than I did twenty years ago.

The doctor and assistants had a conversation the entire time about diet/food which not only was a distraction but it showed how confident they were.

As always,being seen and treated by Dr. Leiber and his team is OUTSTANDING. I’ve had 3 procedures done and each and every time, excellent care.

The process itself was really easy, and I love that I was able to try some less invasive options for my situation. But in the end, this treatment was not beneficial for my specific case.

Excellent skills and personalities of the doctors and staff. The doctors are able to show you the issues causing your problem and identify if PRP or stem cell therapy will help. My wife has had several stem cell and PRP procedures that were of great benefit. I have had several PRP treatments and each time the results were very positive. I have had a big toe, shoulder, elbow and knee treated. The toe was treated twice over a year or so and no longer bothers me at all. Tennis elbow treatment was successful after 1 treatment. A sore shoulder responded very well to treatment and most recently some torn ligaments in my knee were treated and I am back to tennis and pickleball without issues. I only wish that Regenexx had an office in my city in Canada since it is more difficult for us to travel to the US for treatment.

I have had a number of procedures done at Regenexx all with successful outcomes. It ha helped wth both of my arthritic knees and given me the ability to play golf and work around the house that was not possible before I started using them. It has saved me from having both of my knees replaced and, unlike a knee replacement which is not reversible, I can get tuned up as needed

The procedure was explained thoroughly from the beginning, and while it was more expensive than I originally wanted to spend, the results have been very good.

Since undergoing treatment, I’ve been able to do things that I honestly thought I would never be able to do again. The physician I worked with was easy to talk to, took the time to explain the process clearly, and followed up several times afterward to make sure I was progressing as expected.

If you’re on the fence, my advice is to do your research and evaluate all of your options. However, if you’re dealing with chronic pain and looking for an alternative to surgery, I would strongly recommend considering Regenexx before going down the surgical route.

For me, one of the biggest considerations was that surgery is permanent. While many people have successful outcomes, others do not, and I was uncomfortable with the risks associated with removing or altering parts of my body. Regenexx offered a less invasive option, and in my case, it worked very well.

Everyone’s situation is different, but based on my experience, I’m very glad I chose this path.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all the staff and Dr Goodwin at Regenexx! The advice I have received, the care given and all the treatments I have received, have been above and beyond excellent! I can’t say enough good about all of them! They feel like family to me.
