One of the most reliable ink and toner suppliers I've found so far. Good quality stuff at a reasonable price and delivered quickly with a trustwothy courier. On the odd occassion when something has gone wrong I've found them to be quick to respond in a helpful manner and ensure an acceptable solution is agreed.

I bought Alienware QD OLED monitor from them and it was the best price in the market. I was a bit apprehensive at first in buying from them because I had never heard their name before.

When Dell didn't register my warranty (they have a weird process for it and call it warranty transfer), people from Refresh Cartridges stayed with me even later in the night with prompt responses until the issue got resolved with Dell. Super recommended.

I have used Refresh Cartridges to buy Ink toner for my Brother Printer and Verbatim dvd-r's for storing my favourite T.V.programmes for several years on and off. I have used the Torquay branch and the Newton Abbot branch (in Devon). The staff are very helpful and patient with me (an O.A.P. - that says it all!!) As money is tight for me I do shop around but these folks are my "preferred supplier". THANKS.

This is not a review of the cartridges as I haven't tried them yet. But the ordering process and price was good, the delivery quick and the packaging good.

I am fairly new to refresh cartridges, I placed my first order a couple of months ago. My printer suddenly stopped in the middle of a job yesterday , it wouldn't recognise the cartridges any longer. I tried all the tips to troubleshoot (cleaning the contacts, rebooting the printer, etc), nothing would do. I placed a call to the sales team and was offered an immediate replacement. The cartridges arrived today lunchtime and all is resolved. Thank you for your reactivity Refresh Cartridges.

Ordered some labels from them at around 4:30pm and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Not only that, they were easily the cheapest for the labels I was after.

Always get my cartridges from Newton Abbot branch. This time I went in for advise on my printer throwing a tantrum and the guy was spot on! Was able to fix it at home.

I stupidly gave the wrong delivery address, so my order didn't arrive. Refresh Cartridges sent a replacement quickly without charge. Absolutely excellent customer service. Then the original turned up, so I was able to return the replacement.

I contacted Refresh Cartridges as I have used them before to purchase toners. I was just really looking for advice over a problem with my printer but I would never have imagined how helpful they would be for something that was nothing to do with them. Adam and Chris have taken my problem onboard and have gone out of their way to help me. Above and beyond actually and I could not be more grateful. Really cannot recommend them highly enough. I would give more stars if the app allowed

We have used Refresh Cartridges in Paignton for years. They are always very helpful and friendly. Competitively priced and well stocked.

I have tried other Remanufactured cartridges with various redults. These one are reliable and I have not suffered any problems. Delivery is quick, last order arrived in 20 hours via Royal Mail.

I've been using their ink cartridges for years and never had a problem. But a couple of months ago the one I paid for stopped printing after a couple of days. They immediately sent me another one free of charge. The same thing happened 3 more times, but they didn't quibble, just kept sending me out free ones. Unfortunately they're still not working, it's a bit of a mystery, so I had to buy an HP compatible one (very expensive). But refresh were so good I will try them again when this one has finished. Wish all companies gave such fantastic customer service (also their cartridges arrive very quickly).

They sold me a Canon cartridge that was fine at first, degraded to poor print and then leaked. After quite unnecessary advice to use the printer's head-cleaing feature, they promptly gave me a full refund. (Did not ask for the cartridge back for examination.)

The owner really sorted me out with an UPS parcel customs form today, this was after the shop had closed. Been shopping with them for a long time and always pick them for posting UPS and DHL parcels. Staff are all amazing and helpful just like the owner and looks like a very nice homely work environment. Very happy with Refresh Cartridges.

Long story short, I purchased a full set of cartridges (CMYK) for my HP Color Laser Jet several months ago because with my family I need to have the cartridges ready to install. Yesterday, I tried to install two cartridges and I had issues with the printer not "recognising" the cartridges. I contacted Refresh Cartridges for some help and spoke with Adam. Adam was great! He customer service was second to none. He sorted the problem out and replaced the cartridges, today I am (and my family) are fully operational again.
