Impressive in every contact
From the outset, the team at Reeves proved themselves to be knowledgeable and friendly, quickly establishing trust and demonstrating their superb credentials.
Not having had a huge amount of experience in the financial advice arena, I was slightly sceptical but this was quickly removed through the professional approach evident in every contact I have had.
My consultation and review with Sandeep was exceptional and I would strongly recommend both Sandeep herself and Reeves Group as a whole to anyone seeking dependable, transparent and honest advice.

Reeves Group is a great pension and retirement advice provider!
Reeves Group is a great pension and retirement advice provider! I initially signed up for a free webinar with them via Linkedin, which was very informative! I was impressed by their professionalism, competence and transparency! At the end of the webinar, I signed up for a free personalised review of my pension and retirement plans. Bradley Mason got in contact with me the next day and booked an appointment to review some figures and my wishes. He then fixed another appointment to discuss his recommendations. I asked many questions about my options and he patiently replied to all of them. When I changed my mind about what I wanted to do, Bradley patiently took note of my new wishes and adapted his recommendations accordingly. This went on for about two months during which I received free independent advice on various aspects of my retirement options. All our meetings were online and recorded, as Reeves is regulated by the FCA. Finally I signed up with them to manage my pension funds and I’m sure they will grow successfully. I fully recommend them and I especially praise Bradley Mason for his competence, great customer service and professionalism throughout our dealings.

Considerate and accessible
I can't comment on the whole service as it transpired I wasn't eligible for Reeves' services- but the team were very helpful in telling what information was needed and patient when I repeatedly needed to reschedule calls due to the slightly ridiculous working patterns of a small charity CEO & Mum. Martin and Andrew were both very understanding. I appreciated their honesty and directness, and will approach them in the future if I am eligible for their services.

I needed expert advice on my numerous pensions and amalgamating them. What I got was far more than i expected. Excellent attention to what I wanted and what my potential plans were. Process so far has been great
Process so far has been great. They did, to a certain extent, get lucky with timing on reaching out to me since I'd just had a truly awful experience with a very well known advice firm but as the saying goes, you create your own luck so credit to them. Carl has been great - straightforward, transparent and not overbearing where not necessary. I would say that maybe explaining upfront to people not familiar with wealth platforms that the platform fees and advice fees are separate and additional to each other. Other than that, great.

Finally getting my act together
Having sat on several Pensions, some going back over 30 years and not having the wherewithal to make sense of them let alone pulling them all together, I took a chance on an invitation from 'Linkedin'! There, with the fantastic guidance from Carl who explained the whole process in collating all my Pensions and the benefits of having an Agent to work in my interests i was sold instantly.
