Excellent products and customer service. Had an issue with my M913 mouse and they had me triaged, supported and fixed in 24 hours.

Got an issue with my headphones a few months after buying it. I contacted the support fully prepared to have to fight to even talk to someone, not even talking about getting an actual replacement. They proved me wrong, I got an answer an hour later, and a replacement was shipped before the end of the day.

Truly great customer service

I had an issue with my keyboard (8773) that came as a combo with mouse. I sent in a service ticket and was replied to very promptly. Mike was amazing asked a few questions to trouble shoot and to send a video of possible of the issue. I sent the required info and video which lead to a quick response on what to try to reset the keyboard. When that didnt work he quickly stated that would be sending out a new one as mine had issues. I recieved an email stating that the new one was ordered the same day!!! I will update once I have the new product. But based on the service I recieved so far I'm extremely satisfied. Awesome customer service, polite, friendly and prompt. You can't really ask for more!!! So glad that ai choose Red Dragon for my system!!

After claiming for a faulty issue, the process went smooth and prompt. The solution made by the team satisfied me. Highly recommended!

I had a question about fixing a sticky key (due to a soda spill, imagine...) that I emailed to customer service at ReDragon and not only did I get a response in mere minutes, Mike told me how to replace the switch AND how to clean the sticky one to make it functional again, and their follow-up was fabulous!! Makes me want to do all my business with them!

Very happy with the keyboard and mouse keyboard combo i bought. Great feel and looks exactly like expected.

When i had a question regarding the completeness of my order there were quick initial responses by their AI bot, when i had further questions the AI answered aswell but was later that day followed up by a human to offer me alternative setup suggestions aswell.

I had ordered the wrong keyboard by mistake and quickly sent an email to the support. They responded almost immediately, reimbursed me the price difference and sent off the keyboard I wanted. It was delivered only a few days later, I was honestly shocked it arrived so quickly. The customer support service was friendly and straight to the point.

And that's not even mentioning how great the actual product was. For a relatively low price of 50 euros I got a very pretty, very ergonomic RGB keyboard with a whole set of spare keys. Really, really great experience all around, I recommend Redragon to anyone who asks!

I was cynical and I will admit I came at them a little rough. They quickly confirmed their user manual for the device was not completed and planned to update it. I was sent over to a customer service agent and with dome assistance and quick troubleshooting we confirmed there was an issue with the keyboard and it was quickly swapped. They were quick attentive and polite reguardless of my initial brash demeanor. Its swapped things are being updated. Cant complain great job red dragon. Keep it up.

Redragon Customer Service helped me and got it to work by going through the files of the software and use update.exe and that got it to work

There are up there with steam with how good they are, i got a free new mouse because i accidentally broke my wireless usb dongle... maybe they are secretly steam

I had ordered some gaming speakers that stopped working just before the warranty expired. I got in touch with customer support and they resolved the issue very quickly and sent out a new pair of speakers to me.

I had a problem with my mouse, and when i told them they send me a new one and reacted fast on the emails.

I had purchased the GS520 Speakers, only had them for 4-5 months, before my left speakers LED glitched out. I reached out for a replacement, and to trouble shoot any issues! They helped tremendously, and sent me replacement speakers free whilist telling me not to worry of returning the other ones! The 1 year warranty is awesome, it saved me the hassle of buying new ones due to faulty wiring in my old one. They are lovely speakers, because I hate wearing my headphones all the time. Plus to use them so I can hear my little one better! 10/10 experience l, and service given!
