Bought an interface to connect my Stratocaster to Apple Macintosh to use with GarageBand software. Murray handled the sale, demonstrated excellent product knowledge and all went well. Red Dog Music thoroughly recommended.

I am so pleased to have discovered that there is such an excellent music instrument store as Red Dog Music not too far from the vicinity where I live. On visiting the shop, I was able to try out the Nord Stage 3 keyboard in the store for as long as I wanted, and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. After the purchase, they continued to remain in contact by email, answering promptly my further questions on recommended insurance companies, etc. and ensuring the timely delivery of the instrument. I have since been recommending Red Dog Music to all my musician friends. A wonderful company to do business with, and I look forward to my next visit on an amplifier-hunting expedition!

I needed to source some speaker stands for a TV series and Red Dog Music had the best selection I could find. Even when my first choice was unavailable in time for filming, Andy did everything he could to get the second choice stands to location in time. The advice and sales service was excellent, delivery exactly as planned with consistently good comms and the stands were perfect.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough!!

I can only say excellent service and support having ordered a guitar in march 2018 they had difficulty with the suppliers and were honest and forthright about either a money return or wait...with regular updates the guitar arrived eventually in july! Red Dog packaged it well and sent it on asap. Many thanks

Red Dog had exactly what I was looking for, and their website clearly explained (in user-friendly detail) all of the features. The item wasn't in stock, so they ordered it for me, and it arrived to them very quickly. DPD botched the delivery to myself and were very unresponsive, so I phoned Red Dog, and they were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Red Dog next time you need some type of music product.

I've bought a few different items from Red Dog over the last few years and they are generally my 'go to lookup' when I'm either researching or looking to buy a piece of kit, largely due to the extensive range of brands which they have. Delivery tends to be pretty fast even when items aren't in stock, and communication is great and very professional.

Got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it, from friendly and helpful in-store staff at better than the manufacturer's online price - can't ask for more than that! They were also really good when I ordered something a bit niche from the website which had a slightly longer lead time, called to warn me I might have to wait a couple of weeks while they sourced it from the supplier and reassured me they'd keep in touch if it was delayed any further, which they didn't have to do (in the end they got their hands on it sooner than expected and I was an even happier customer).

Luckiest guy in the world living next door to this place. Had a great few conversations with Dom at Balham. Helped me narrow down my choice of a great Mic to level up my vocal production, and upon querying a price match went above and beyond to help me find one and more than math the deal. Great guy, great store, amazing selection of goodies to get your ears around. They sold me what I need and not what they want to sell me.

With the purchase of the Boss Acoustic Singer Pro I became a new customer of Red Dog Music. Within 4 days I received my order. Faster is not delivered in Germany.
When I asked questions about the product, I received fast, competent and very friendly information from Gary by e-mail. Thanks to Google Translator, I understood it very well. I found a very good price / performance ratio at Red Dog Music

Great customer service. Andy helped me out after a smaller manufacturer included the wrong plug and really went above and beyond in sending me a temporary one to use before sending a replacement.
