My keychain arrived cracked :( I’m heartbroken.

I placed an order over 10 days ago and STILL haven’t received my order. I will not be a return customer!

I love the Rebel Nell jewelry! My order was true to sizing, came packaged beautifully, with plenty of protection to the product.
Coloring was also true to the website pictures, if not a bit brighter.

Customer service is rather slow in responding to emails and there is no listing for a telephone number to speak directly with a customer service rep.

There was a billing error, but when I brought it to your attention, it was handled promptly. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the merchandise ordered. It is past the 3-5 business day window.

It was pretty easy to navigate. I had to click in and out to find the Detroit Lions merchandise though. Processing was quick and efficient.

I find shopping on Rebel Nell very easy to navigate and to find unique pieces unavailable anywhere else. I own a number of Rebel Nell pieces so that I can carry a bit of the city I love (Detroit) with me every day.

Description was spot on. Ring was just as described, in fact it was much nicer than I thought. Sturdy, bold and fit, sized just right. Price was good too.

You only asked about the website. I found the spot to register and pay. No problem.

My sister and I had a great time making jewelry! The staff was friendly and helpful. Very easy and unique!

We had a blast picking out our design and making it. They mailed it to us quickly and we all were very happy with how it came out.

I got the Design your Own Jewelry experience for my partner for Christmas and went with her to watch her create her piece. It was such a fun experience (even as a bystander). It was neat to see all the sheets of graffiti and fun for her to get to choose exactly what she wanted. There was a little snafu with the store opening so when we got there for our appointment it was closed and we got started about 15-20 minutes late, otherwise everything went well. The store clerk (I wish I got her name) was super friendly and helpful. I'm kind of jealous I didn't get to make my own piece (but I do own a Rebel Nell necklace already which I love!).

The young woman who helped us with our purchase was knowledgeable and told us the story behind the store - the women who create these one of a kind, affordable pieces, of art and heart are reason enough to purchase delights here, but the pieces themselves are exquisite and the trifecta is the staff's warmth and care to top it all off!! Amazing! Took my daughters and granddaughters as our Christmas gift this year, we each designed our own piece. Location is great, with lots of restaurants, small shops, and Campus Martius nearby. This was an experience we all loved (ages 12-56), and each of us got a beautiful piece of jewelry that fits our own unique style.
