Don with Realtruck was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful on the phone. Got it all taken care of quick and easy.

Since I just installed the cover I have not had the opportunity to actually use it. I found the shipping was quick. Package came intact. All parts present. Some confusion as to the actual parts applied to my truck. Extra parts confused me until I realized parts were present for the rail system which I do not have.
One complaint. Im the kind of guy that likes PRINTED Instruction sheet. Using the app on my cell is too limited to use for installing. I like to see a completed picture and not have to keep scrolling getting individual bites of the project. Go to paper or offer both!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with RealTruck regarding order #7160560.

I placed this order on 04/01/2026, and it took until 04/10/2026 just to ship the product. That kind of delay is already unacceptable, especially with no clear communication or updates explaining the hold-up.

To make matters worse, they used Maersk/Pilot as the delivery service, and as of today, 04/18/2026, I still haven’t received my order. Tracking has been unreliable, and there’s been no sense of urgency to actually get the product delivered.

Between the slow processing time, poor choice of shipping carrier, and the ongoing delivery delay, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

I expected far better service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend RealTruck to anyone looking for timely and reliable delivery.

I was having a hard time finding the right tonneau cover for my truck and Nick did a great job finding one for me and he also gave me a good price on it.

Purchased a Backrack on 10-23-2025 for a 2017 Ford F350. RealTruck has acqured Backrack and are exclusively sold and distributed by RealTruck. Writing this review to prevent anyone else from getting burned.
RealTruck shipped the associated Backrack brackets immediately, unbeknownst to me, the rack itself was out of stock and not listed out of stock upon purchase.

On 11-26-25, with no rack in my possession, I emailed customer service. The response, "Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, our production team is experiencing a backlog that has affected fulfillment timelines. Part 15018 is now expected to be back in stock the week of 12/22/25" On, 1-2-26, shipping confirm was sent and to be shipped out in "5-7 business days." On 1-14-26, the rack in question was finally shipped. On 1-24-26 I had finally received the rack.

Upon opening the package, I noticed the box was significantly damaged, the rack was banged up, the end caps on the top of the rack were broken off etc etc... All caused from improper packing. The steel Backrack was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box, and placed in a plastic bag, not a single piece of foam, bubble wrap, or packing peanuts in sight. After further inspection, the quality of the Backrack I had waited three months for couldn't have been worse. The bottom steel tube was bowed, none of the other bars were on the same plane. Printed on the box, made overseas.

I called customer service to voice my complaints, sent photos via email, and was told I was to receive a replacement. This was the same day on 1-24-26. I had then sent an email on 3-26-26 requesting an update on the shipping of the replacement rack. "Good news, these are finally here and orders should be going out soon, you will receive email with the FedEx Tracking info after shipped." Today is 4-16-2026, I still have no replacement rack.

I was a prior customer of Backrack before the buyout by RealTruck for a 2018 F150; when Backrack was still manufactured in Canada, the product is now manufactured overseas with no regard for quality control. They have chosen poor quality control over making a quality product and having repeat customers. I had purchased a Magnum rack for my personal 2022 F250, the month prior to purchasing this Backrack for a company truck. Install couldn't have been easier, manufactured out of aluminum, packing that prevents shipping damage, high quality control. Lesson learned, spend the extra $200 to buy a higher quality product that isn't slapped in a box with no regard and have their product in stock ready to go to work tomorrow. My review won't be changed if I ever get the replacement rack nor could they pay me to change it. BUYER BEWARE.

Alexander Cowley gave great customer service. The cover was easy to install. It looks good on my truck.

I ordered two large items from them. One shipped in a couple of days, the other never shipped. I waited a week and called them. They said they needed to get with the manufacturer who directly ships. Weeks have gone by and it's been a month, still no product. I requested a refund, it has now been five days (three business days) and have yet to see my refund. They keep saying they are reaching out to the manufacturer, which they never could before. I have opened a dispute with my credit card and PayPal. What a scam!

We ordered a pipe rack for our company truck with a full size bed. The manufacture drop shipped the incorrect size for a compact truck. I sent them photo evidence proving that it was incorrect. They agreed that it was incorrect and said that they would get a replacement one sent and send an RMA to send back the incorrect rack. I have not received an RMA. I received a shipping notice for the replacement rack and that was over two weeks ago. I just called to check the status and they said that they didn't know why I received that email because they hadn't sent a replacement and were waiting on the manufacturer to provide the RMA before they reordered the correct one. Its been over a month, they took our $1600 and we still have no rack or return for the incorrect part. We had already purchased multiple racks from this company with no issue but if you have an issue plan on being screwed. We plan to make a claim with the credit card company for a fraudulent charge on our card.

Sale representative was very polite and friendly. Had the answers to all of my questions pertaining to all the products I inquired about.

I had called after 7pm (central) not expecting to get an answer but to get the automated system telling me they are closed and what times they will be open.

The online sale representative said I was getting the best price available even with my military discount. The following day I get email from RealTruck offering $200 off same item I had just ordered. I therefore called and cancelled my order. Representative took my cancellation, had me talk to rep with rapid ship department who said he would put in order to cancel order and shipment. Three hours later I get notice that order was shipped. I had to call back and stated I HAD CANCELLED the order and wanted my refund. I was told by shipping that it was already shipped and in the possession of Federal Express. I said I had cancelled and representative of shipping department told me they put in request to cancel. So know I have to wait another 24 hours or more to see if the order is really cancelled and refund issued to my credit card. I do not like being lied to. I will not be buying from RealTruck in the future.

I bought a soft bed cover for my 2026 Nissan pro4x Raush edition mid-size truck and it did not install. Not configured correctly for my model. I also bought steps/running boards for the same vehicle and the professional installer showed me THEY couldn't be installed. I used their system to fit these products to the specific make, model and year, almost down to the VIN number of my truck, and in BOTH instances, they could not be installed. I wasted my precious time off work, only to be disappointed TWICE. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

Bought and paid for fender flairs Order #7154701. Order never arrived. Company never contacted me in any way about the odder. After I reached out to them, they JUST canceled my order. Terrible people.

Purchased seat covers that came with two seams pulling apart which i did not notice until after i put them on. Filed a claim with them to find out they act a ls a third party and contact the manufacturer and coordinate between us to resolve the issue. The manufacturer wanted me to cut up the seat covers before they would warranty them. I feel this is outrageous and choose instead to have my wife sew them. I feel real truck does not help its customers and is only interested in making profit. I recommend looking for other suppliers or you will have to fight with them for service.

Ordered 2 items one still waiting on it's days late and the other was never shipped 8 days and counting. I cancelled the not shipped and am still trying to get my money back, they say it will take 10 days although i paid right away. Would I order again NO. they have taken zero responsibility for this and blamed the shipper

Placed an order showing in stock but it wasn't. Ok, that's no big deal, I can just cancel right? Wrong......it has been days and days waiting for them to confirm cancelation and issue my refund. I've even threatened a BBB complaint filing. There is NO WAY it takes a week to make a simply cancelation, meantime they have almost $300 dollars of my money!
