I had a very disappointing experience with **RealEstateIndia.com** after purchasing their **Gold Membership**.

Before the sale, their representative, **Omkar Chauhan**, made several promises, including verified buyer leads, property-specific enquiries, and dedicated post-sales support. These commitments convinced me to invest in the premium membership.

Unfortunately, after the payment was made, the reality was completely different. Most of the leads I received were irrelevant, unverified, or of no value to my business. Many contacts denied making any enquiry or were not interested in the properties I had listed.

The most disappointing part was the lack of customer support. Before purchasing the membership, I received frequent calls from the sales team. However, after the payment, communication almost stopped. I was later assigned a support executive, **Sangeeta**, but despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive any meaningful assistance or resolution.

As the owner of **Evertrust Properties, Nagpur**, I expected a professional service that matched the commitments made during the sales process. Instead, I experienced poor service, misleading sales promises, and a complete lack of accountability.

I hope the company improves the quality of its leads, provides genuine post-sales support, and ensures that future customers receive the services they are promised. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this membership.

Worst after sales support we have ever seen. They’re incompetent to fulfill their commitments and are running a fake promotions through their customer care executives.
They don’t bother to respond to the users, replying to the mails and even ignore the calls. Not at all recommended if you don’t want to get stressed due to their unfulfilled commitments.

I paid INR 15,000 and INR 27,500 to RealEstateIndia (Weblink.in Pvt Ltd) for lead generation services, expecting quality leads for my real estate business. They promised:

Running Facebook ads to generate leads.
Providing 2 leads daily.
Delivering clients genuinely interested in visiting my properties.

Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. After making the payments, I received no quality leads, no client visits, and despite several follow-ups, only empty assurances. This has caused me financial loss, and I feel misled by their false claims.

I would not recommend their services to anyone. Be cautious before engaging with them!

Last month I shifted to Karnataka, I was staying at my friend's house. I was looking for a flat one of the my friend suggested me for realestateindia.com. I got genuine, verified brokers and sellers. Then I easily contact them thanks to realestateindia.com

After moving to Chennai for job , I was looking for a house on rent in a decent locality . I consulted a number of real-estate agents but most of them said that people in best locality were not ready to rent out a house to a single woman. That's when I turned to real estate India to find house on rent in the new city. I got in touch with a few real-estate agents as well as home owners in the city to find a house in rent . After going through many properties listed here , I found an ideal 1BHK flat in a good locality in the city. the best part was that the flat rent was within my budget.

I am a agent and had taken a package from them .. at that time they told me they promote my website and bring it on first page in Google search.. they made all fraud commitments.. when you start complaining the sales person who had convinced you to take packages get disappear, they tell you that he has left a job.. dont buy any package from them.. all fraud works they do.. don't waste your money... they are very much expert in convincing and giving all fake commitments...

I'll never recommend anyone to buy their package. They are very good at marketing and worst at service, specially after sales service. Before taking money from you the whole company comes to convince you. But after you make the payment nobody brothers. All the previous telecallers will become busy and you will be assigned to new telecallers. Not trustworthy.

Very bad experience

I took gold membership from this company. The sales people played a very smart role and sold the service. I have asked for the commitment in the initial stages for SEO service but they told you will get plenty of leads in a day. But still we will not commit on leads. I blindly hear and paid the money. I haven't received single lead till today and it's been more than six months after taking the package.

I really don't want to reveal there team name,email id's and phone numbers. I suggest not to trust this company for leads and buy the package.

It's really pathetic service, you have replied after two years of my issue. Now I understand how fast your working on the clients issues. No-wonder, why people don't take your service.
