I had my first consultation with Martin in 2015 after suffering from insomnia, low mood and lacking in energy.
As I was close to menopausal age, I thought perhaps my menopause had started. Blood tests revealed my menopause had not started but I virtually have no VIT B12, very low testosterone and adrenal levels.
Martin prescribed bio identical hormones and monthly VIT B 12 injections.
Within weeks I started to feel the improvement in my mood, energy levels and sleep. As the years passed, I continued to see Martin and had regular blood tests and my prescriptions were adapted to meet my changing hormone needs.

As a result, when I did enter my menopausal phase last year, Martin was responsive prescribing the appropriate bio identical hormones needed. Which has meant I am having an almost symptom free menopause. Which has been brilliant. I have not had any stress not being able to locate hormone medication. My treatment has been tailored to my changing needs.

Going for your first time to have a few tweaks done can be scary but when I came across Dr Martin Kinsella work I just knew he was the right doctor for me. He truly put me at peace from the get go and really listened to what I wanted and executed my visions perfectly. I had Botox in my forehead, Jawline filler and also some filler in my cheeks to contour my face and I couldn’t be more happy. Martin has a wonderful team that work within the clinic that are so helpful and polite and have a wealth of knowledge like Dr Kinsilla between them.

Been going to Re-enhance for a while now for filler and Botox and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! I highly recommend and have always been pleased with my results.

I started treatments with Martin Kinsella since over 10 years and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Nobody would guess my real age. Have been seeing Martin for the last 10 years, have been to other aesthetic Drs for dermal fillers and Botox but always end up back with Dr Kinsella. My Morpheus 8 course with Tracey was amazing.The results better than I thought. My skin looks younger and brighter and everyone remarks on how well I look. Dr Kinsella is an expert , Profhilo was really effective on my hands and kneck. What surprised me most was Dr Kinsella's ability to treat me with Botox and Fillers in a way that was natural. Most recently I had a course of Lanluma. That was a game changer with a visible reduction cellulite and an instant lift. This clinic is discreet and caring. I've been to a few clinics. I wont go anywhere else.

I’ve been seeing him exclusively for nearly ten years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, primarily as he delivers every time. Whilst standard checks and top ups are always offered and available (FOC) they’re very rarely required as he knows what he’s doing and uses quality products.

I have been coming to Reenhance for 18 years for various treatments and can highly recommend them. I would not go anywhere else. They have just the right touch with everything they do and they don't recommend things that you don't need. I have just recently had a skin rejuvenation with Tracy and the results are brilliant. For 3 visits so far of approx 10 mins each, my skin looks amazing, I am 53 but always get compliments on my skin. You will always find a friendly and warm welcome from everyone at the clinic as well.

I have always been a little scared of messing with my face when it came to derma filler and even Botox. But 2 years ago I decided to go for it and did a lot of research, as my face is literally my money maker being a TV presenter. I went to Dr Kinsella and have never looked back, I showed him a picture of me in my 20’s and he did subtle enhancements using derma filler on my jaw line and cheeks to bring back that youthful plumpness and my killer jaw I had lost.
