Great Service, Selection and Prices!
It was really nice from the time we walked in the door. No pressure, but guidance. Personable salesperson. Worked with us to find what we wanted. I actually found out about this store from our neighborhood group (nextdoor). We're from Lancaster, and we have limited options to look at furniture. My husband and I were both pleased at the options, prices, and service.

The process was smooth
The process was smooth, I had shopped online and went to the store to see if they had the item. They didn't have the item on display but was able to order it I got approved for the special financing no interest. I was greeted by the store manager and my salesperson was great.

Ask for Jenny....great experience!
Began our furniture search online and chatted with Jenny Thornton via Facebook to get some basic info. Jenny was quick to reply, knowledgeable and helpful. Shopped a few stores and came back to R&F due to Jenny's kindness and eagerness to help us achieve our mission. Jenny took the time to sit down with me go through numerous options in order to make the most of our purchase (3 full rooms of furniture). She was never pushy throughout this process. She catted and got to know us as a family. She helped to put together a package that beat the competition by $2000!!!! Jenny is beyond amazing. If you want a salesperson who is looking to help you make a great purchase and isn't just there to make a sale.....please go and ask for her!

Yesterday
Yesterday, We went into the store knowing exactly what furniture we wanted to purchase. There were different configurations for the furniture we wanted. The sales representative was very helpful in getting the configuration we desired. The sales representative even mentioned financing; I thought a loan would be a great idea. Unfortunately, no one from the sales representative to the customer service in the back performing the credit check mentioned anything about a credit card. What they actually sign me up for was a credit card with a promotional period. I even mentioned to the customer service that I hate credit cards. They still failed to mention that I was being signed up for a credit card. I will go to the store tomorrow to cancel the credit card and pay off the full balance that I owe.
