Extremely poor service
On July 4th, 2024, I experienced extremely poor service from salesperson David Lartey at your location 1855 Central Park Avenue Yonkers, NY 10710. His arrogance and rudeness were particularly disappointing. Based on this encounter, I have decided not to return as a customer at this location in the future.

True customer service
The associate Jose who took care of my husband and myself was the true definition of customer service combined with hospitality. Jose listened to and answered all of questions and concerns. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured this was the smoothest purchase we have made this year.
