We bought a lamp, which was advertised on their website to be delivered in three days or less. The salesman confirmed that. After a week went by, not only was the lamp not delivered, but no Fed Ex ticket had been created. The manager blamed it on Fed Ex, of course. But the lamp had never left the warehouse. So I cancelled the order. The manager was not even apologetic.

10/10 would recommend.
Customer service was great from the moment I walked in the door. Answering any question and helping any way without pestering me to buy something. Ended up purchasing a sectional and the salesman and manager were great. Quality of furniture is far ahead of Bobs.

Benefits of an in-person sales experience
Salesperson was very cordial and with great patience spent a lot of time showing me different pieces similar to the one I had already considered on line to compare their different dimensions, constructions, table and chair heights, and table top drop leaf operations.

Raymour and Flanigan is the best
Raymour and Flanigan is the best. Went to the outlet store to check out the furniture. The woman that helped us was so patient and knowledgeable. I’m nice we decided on a living room set we had to measure to make sure it would all fit. She recommended to save some time we could order the set online if it was going to fit. Easy peasy. Furniture will be delivered in three days. Online ordering was really easy.

Jennifer was terrific
Jennifer was terrific! She listened to what we were looking for and wanted and helped us to find it! She made sure that we knew all of our payment options as well as pick up and delivery options.
