He provided explanations and details aout my purchase such as construction type, materials, etc. i am going back in a few moths for computer furniture because the associate showed a computer desk that I like.

The 125th Street location in Harlem is…
The 125th Street location in Harlem is the worse! They take your money and screw you over! They have terrible customer service and the slickest salesmen you could ever work with... I will NEVER shop at any of their stores ever again... Fist they get your order wrong and then swindle you out of more money when they go to remedy... They play possum until they get your money and then are snakes after.... I advise you to not patronize the 125th Street in Harlem location ... because you will regret it...

My daughter and I had great assistance…
My daughter and I had a great associate in Nicole. She was the absolute professional, greeted me at the door and was courteous to wait for my daughter, who showed up after me. She offered me water and a place to sit and was just as gracious when my daughter arrived. Amazing person, who provided a great experience.

The person who helped me was knowledgable, friendly, and honest. When I got back in touch with him after a few days, there was a price drop that I benefitted from. He made it easy for me to arrange my order and delivery. I am excited about getting my new piece of furniture.
