Stoped in today to buy some nightstands and was greeted by Shawn Cundy in the 650 Bald Hill Rd, Warwick, RI location. From start to finish Shawn was fantastic! He represents your company well.

Ali was a terrific salesperson She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. More importantly she gave us space when she knew we wanted to discuss things. No high pressure here. The furniture came quickly and looks amazing in our home. Would definitely come see Ali again for our future needs

Dishonest company do not buy protection plan. I bought a protection plan and they couldn't fix problem then they make me buy a new table then 1 year later table broken a piece of junk and now tell me I don't have a protection plan anymore

Ordered online and had a pickup date set. When I went to the store they said pickup times were only certain times. I had missed it by 15 mins which I wish was listed somewhere but I understand it's 6pm and a little late. I come back the next day when they say to I go to pick it up they could not find my order. Once it was found I discovered that it wasn't even there and it would be another week before I see it. I understand that delays happen but considering they have all my information It would have been nice to have been informed that It was gonna be delayed a week. Now I'm out the rental mileage and gas without my order.

Sylva was our salesperson and comes with many years of experience, which we liked. The staff we met was friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, which made the shopping experience pleasant. Sylva was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and patient with my elderly mom that can only walk very slowly. I appreciated her, as did my mother, keeping a pace equal to my mom's. Mom and I would definitetly recommend her as your sales person and recommend Raymour & Flanigan not let her get away!

A very pleasant experience. Robert T. At the Outlet store directed us to Felix at the main store. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. Felix was very helpful and facilitated the sale.

I would never recommend them. I purchased a living room set for $5000 2 years ago. I have had issues with it since day one. I was told I could get a replacement for the piece that had all the issues but it was never replaced. They waited until I was out of factory warranty and into my platinum warranty before offering me a credit which has all kinds of restrictions. I also have to pay a new delivery and extended warranty out of my own pocket. Again I have only owned this set for 2 years none of the problems were caused by us. Do not purchase anything from here. It will be a waste of your money. They do not care about the consumer at all and only there bottom line.

Great service and great prices

Easy to order online, however attempted to place same order on Sunday 10/23 when sale was on and would have gotten a $200 gift card. On that day when checking out I was told I had insufficient funds which was untrue. Placing order Monday with same payment method there was no problem

Raymore flogged me again. Promised delivery. Never called me. I called them and were assured on time delivery. Never showed up. Wasted a whole day waiting and calling. No reply. Mary Gannon sales lady is horrible for customer service. Completely denied any responsibility to help. She claimed the delivery was above her pay grade.

As far as picking out a couch they were very helpful however the behind the scenes of ordering is terrible. They have been no help, no one seems to know where my order is because one store said it’s there, the other said it’s somewhere else, and the customer service line says I can go pick it up. On top of that I haven’t received an order number with my emailed receipt like I was supposed to so I’m unable to track my order. They told me it would be avalible as soon as Friday so I scheduled a store pick up for Saturday just to find out they never shipped it out and now I have to rearrange my entire scheduled because they claim it’ll be here Monday. I asked why and all they said was “it didn’t make it on the truck” so someone was either being lazy, or they don’t care. They told me trucks come in every Monday Thursday and i had placed the order with plenty of time. I know I might sound dramatic right now but the pure stupidity i just faced between three workers who all told me it was somewhere else has made me never want to order from here again especially not getting an order number al I can’t check the status myself.
