Our saleswoman
Our saleswoman, Lisa Cloutier, was very pleasant and informative and answered all of our questions in detail. She helped us make a decision on a mattress that was right for us. It was a nice treat to get a cheese board too.

The sales person was kind enough to tell us about battery packs for recliners to power the chair. Who knew? She was also kind enough to give us time to talk about our decision. In some stores the sales person follows you around the entire time not giving you a chance to think. A very nice experience. Thank you.

Awful!
I ordered a living room table 3 weeks before the Super Bowl. 2 weeks AFTER the Super Bowl it still wasnt in. Their Customer Service would just tell me to call next week and then call again next week until I finally canceled.
I thought this was a one off so I went back into the store and bought another table. It was supposed to be in the store within two weeks. Here I am several weeks later and it’s still not there. When I called to check on my table I got a voicemail back, saying someone should’ve looked at this a few days ago and re-ordered it for you because it never came! In other words, if I didn’t call to check on the status of my now very late second table that I tried to order with this company it never would’ve been re-ordered! I have had it with them!
If you’re reading this and wondering if you should shop here, you shouldn’t!

Felix was great! Very patient with us. We wanted a sectional for our tiny misshapen living room. He knew the couch we wanted wouldn't work with the configuration we wanted which helped us narrow down our options.

Excellent overall experience-- would highly recommend. Made an online purchase decision within the last half hour of closing time last evening, and next day delivery was still available. Website information was accurate and helpful, and assistance was offered if needed. And then being able to track the delivery with location, number of stops, and estimated time of arrival in real time with your tracking tool made for a superb experience planning around the actual delivery. Your team arrived on time in a Raymour and Flanigan truck, and both members were friendly, courteous, and professional. All aspects of shopping, purchase, delivery, and setup were excellent!
