I wanted to buy a living room set that wasn't there on the showroom floor. Instead of making me drive an hour away they brought the chair there for me to see. I really appreciated the extra time they took to accommodate me.

I am extremely disappointed with this Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Albany Medium Mattress. It arrived with a strong chemical odor that has not subsided even after days of airing it out in a well-ventilated room. The smell is overwhelming and makes it difficult to stay in the same room for long, let alone sleep on it. The gas released from the mattress has seeped into the sheets and comforter, and gave me a headache the one time I tried to lay on it.

As if the odor wasn’t bad enough, trying to return or get a replacement has been impossible.
The mattress I received is nothing like the one I tested in the showroom. The showroom model was supportive and comfortable, the one I received smells so bad I still don’t know what it feels like to sleep on it.

This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel misled by the product description and in-store demonstration.

I cannot recommend the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Albany Medium Mattress or this store to anyone. Between the persistent chemical smell, and the poor quality customer service , this has been a regrettable purchase , a true inconvenience. I’m now left with a bed I can’t sleep on , out of over $1500 and trying to resolve this issue with the company . Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

The whole process was easy and very reasonable.
From the internet search to the salesman at the store who was helpful and the delivery guys were very careful and nice.

Very personable, never push you to buy something your not looking for & paperwork is fast and efficient. I also like that I'm able to track exactly when they will arrive.

Mary sat down with us and went over all of the options and prices. There was no pressure, and we are looking forward to getting our new sectional.

The salesperson was very helpful but never pressured us.

After reading the 'reply' by RAYMOUR'S (shown below) regarding my problem, I 'had' to respond: This Reply from Raymour & Flanigan shows how little they care about a customer's dilemma. NOWHERE does it mention any effort or attempt to "resolve MY problem"...instead it just states "we will be reviewing our processes to ensure we can better assist our customers in the future". So where is MY ASSISTANCE? I thought that at the very least, they would provide the bearings I desparately need (I even offered to pay for them!) but instead I just got a word salad!

In their words..."We strive to provide excellent customer service and it’s clear we fell short in your case". If Raymour's wants a five start review, then "provide for me the bearings to fix my Chair!!!

My "BEST" brand, gllider-rocker is just out of warranty (ironically, when the bearings need to be replaced). I contacted Raymour's, with no help whatsover. Then called Raymours'headquarters/customer service which also got me nowhere. I simply wanted to purchase replacement bearings so I could replace them. NO help. So much for RAYMOUR'S & FLANIGANS' for future furniture purchases.

The sales rep Elizabeth Bello was excellent. Was unobtrusive the whole time and new when to make herself visable.
Gave me her card with her cell phone # and I placed the order with her yesterday via text. It was awesome.

My sales rep Lourdes was really nice, but between all the business my family has done there, we asked for free shipping and all they gave us was $85 off. I spent over $4,000 and when we asked for 3 year 0% financing, they took off the sale price and I had to purchase it at full price instead.

Knowledge on product and speed in delivery

Lourdes was very patient with my mother and i. We will definitely come back for our furniture needs in the future.

The customer service we receive on returns or product issues is just as good as how we are treated when making purchases. Raymour and Flanigan is the best place I have done business with in many years!

As usual, I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful. I was able to take my purchase home immediately, avoiding a return trip.

They were welcoming and helpful, also very patient as we made our selections.

Adam was amazing. Very thorough and no pressure. Stopped in multiple times with different family members to make sure we were making the right choice for us. He was extremely patient even with my 3 yr old grandson testing everything out. We will be back for sure!

Our salesman helped us by cutting through options to save us time.
He also explained the delivery and takeaway policy. He also checked into up coming promotions.
