Nancy and the manager Jennifer were both super, knowledgeable and positive. Made shopping a breeze.

Amy was great to deal with for my daughters bedroom purchase. She was detailed and informative on what we were buying and gave suggestions.

They promised to deliver the mattress in a day and they did. Plus their white glove service was quick, on time and tidy and the guys were well mannered.

Sales person was very nice and helpful...i went online before going to the store and knew exactly what i wanted to look at...she showed me the furniture i was interested in and explained everything i asked about it...and then some...great experience!

People I spoke with were very kind. However I called the service number before 7 p.m. as instructed and no one answered and I left a message and got no return call.

I selected my pick up date that works for me on your website and the next day I you guys call me and tell me I can only pick it up on Mondays which is really hard for me. You guys to disclose that information when someone is picking up the couch. The manger I spoke with told me to go complain to costumer service. Insane.

Large clean store, well laid out with a great selection of living room furniture.
Our sales rep Chaz was very helpful and not overbearing, like we have found at other furniture stores, he offered us a water as soon as we walked in which was great since it was very hot outside.

When my on-line ordering process wouldn't work, I called the number for help. A lovely young lady came to my aid and took over the ordering process and completed my order for me! She went over and above to make sure I was satisfied! I will continue ordering furniture for my new home from Raymour & Flanigan because of Amy Heavey!

I bought a mattress and box spring from them about a year and a half ago. When financing I assumed I was opening a loan with them to finance the products. NEVER once was I told that I was opening a credit card. I decided not to say anything after, since the card was opened and there was nothing I could do. I paid the amount off early without interest. What pisses me off is they recently closed the account without my permission due to me not buying any new products from them which has impacted my credit score. Again, this was NEVER explained to me when I decided to finance the furniture. Never will I purchase furniture from this company again.

Got personable attention but not pressured by the sales person

Richard was very helpful and answered all of our questions and made our shopping much easier.

The sales consultants Amy and Bob were very helpful with mattresses. Bob greeted us without pressure giving us time to look around. Amy was very knowledgeable about mattresses and asked us questions about our needs. We were given a chance to try different mattresses for a length of time which helped in our decision making. We were given much time to think about it and discuss the benefits of the mattresses. We decided on Purple mattress and pillows yesterday and already have the mattress today. Wonderful delivery service. Both Amy and Bob were personable and helped us to the door. I was impressed with service and will be back to shop for furnishings! Loved the experience!!

We went to the store and were immediately greeted by a lady and then a 2nd person came up after her. When we said we were already working with someone, to be fair to the First Lady, he told us we were wrong and that she was the manager. Ok, fine. But as we looked thru the store he disappeared. We selected a dining set and sat there for nearly 30 mins while associates passed us. We ended up sitting there and placing the order online ourselves and then left.

Carmen at the store was knowledgeable, helpful and on top of it! Gary the delivery guy was professional, timely, and very personable. What an enjoyable experience!

I will never shop here again. They came to deliver our desk, put very little effort into getting it up our stairs and then broke the step getting up to our third floor. They followed up by offering to do nothing. So we now have no desk or functioning stair.

Good selection and prices, next day delivery, excellent logistics communication, professional setup,
no extra charge to remove old mattress.

My salesperson, Amy, is the best! She is wonderful!
