Great Visit
Hamid was incredibly helpful during our recent visit to the Secaucus store. He helped us get exactly what we needed for a great price. He was patient while we laid on a dozen different ones. Will be back to see him for the rest of our furniture needs.

Our last visit was for a reselect
Our last visit was for a reselect. It was a very pleasant experience. We had to work with the store manager, Javier Aguirre. This gentleman was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. I would like to also mention that we purchased more than we were refunded and an extra piece of furniture. We are very Happy with our Reselection.

We came in right after opening looking…
We came in right after opening looking for carpets, the sales man directed us to it, but he wasn’t a part of our search, no suggestions or on carpet care either, once we decided on one, he didn’t mention the cost of shipping until he gave us the papers and I was the one that noticed, then he made us feel like he wanted us out of there as fast as possible, we will not go back to that location.

Extremely poor quality sofas I would…
Extremely poor quality sofas I would never recommend them. Purchased a fabric sofa set for almost $5000 worth before 8 months from Secaucus NJ the fabric of the sofa start tearing out the service man came and he wanted to shave the fabric, looks like they subside the issues and waiting for my factory warranty gets over.
