Your representative Mark was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. We told him what we were looking for, and he directed us to the area where we could find a selection of dressers. He told us that he would be here if we needed his assistance. He did not shadow us or hound us as we looked at various items and discussed them. When we made a selection, I motioned to him and he came right to us. He was very cooperative and supportive of our needs and decision. This is exactly the kind of shopping experience we appreciate, and it resulted in a sale.

John Postrion was our 1st salesman at the main store. He was not pushy and when we didn't see anything that we thought we could purchase he suggested that we go to the Outlet store. We did go and our salesman there was Terry Moore. He also wasn't pushy. He show a few recliners and when we made up our mind to the 2 recliners we also decided to purchase the 2 swivel chairs from the main store that John had showed.

I tried calling customer service about our order fir tge daybed with trundle. Still haven't received it! Then received a message that says will be back in stock 8/30/73!! YES, 1973!! What dies that mean? Where us our order? Here's our order number 08273W2IMYL.

By far the most positive experience I have ever had with any company. Gene Starr is absolutely amazing. He helped drive a positive outcome in a difficult situation. Without his kind and professional manner, a lovely lady would have been unable to come home from the hospital that day. He moved Heaven and Earth to ensure we had an appropriate adjustable bed when we learned we would not have a hospital bed in time. Thank you would never be enough. Amazing experience, amazing person.

What made my experience a five star experience was my salesman Zaire Blackwell. He took his time and showed me a variety of mattresses and mattress bases asking pertinent questions about what we needed it for and explaining the pros and cons of a variety of bedding. He was very polite and professional and I never felt like he was making a "hard sell". I think we purchased exactly what we needed. The delivery men were prompt, polite and professional, as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Ciampa. Although I was only purchasing one little loveseat, he treated me like I was spending a million dollars. I appreciated his knowledge and professional manner.

Many problem with the order including a ripped mattress… reply I got from them… Your situation is now considered an escalated situation. At this point all communications have to go through a member of our management team. I say this with all sincerity, I truly hope this matter can be resolved for you.
Acknowledged there was a problem but hoped it can be resolved.
Guess the reviews on consumer reports were correct.

I asked the sales associate the all in price for everything in the bedroom suite. He gave us the price, added a warranty and then the new total. It was within our budget so I completed the sale. About a half hour later I received a call from the sales manager that the sales associate failed to include the price of the trundle and the price would be $450 more. I was not happy. Gene told me that would have been part of the price so what was the big deal paying the extra. He said the best he could do was take $100 off the delivery price. I canceled the order. The big deal was the 450 put us over budget and we would have selected a different suite. A few hours later, after I canceled the order, I received a call from Thomas, the store manager. He agreed to give me the trundle for free because this was an error on their part if I agreed to reinstate the order. I agreed and they kept the kept the original delivery date of Wednesday. The only issue I still have is that I have not seen an invoice for my order showing I am not being charged for the trundle. There was no follow up after my conversation with Thomas. Hopefully I won't have to fight the charge now that I have accepted delivery.

The salesman ws very helpful in answering all my questions. Walked me through the credit card payment My vision and typing are not my strong points.It was a very good over the phone purchase.I would not hesitate doing buisness with Raymours again.Thank you.

Gabi Valdez greeted me with a smile when I entered the store. She showed me samples of the item I was looking for and gave me plenty of time for me to make my selection.
