Vandals and Insults
First, two guys attempted to vandalize my vehicle in the parking lot. I saw them approach my SUV and alerted the store. The R&F staff knew and did nothing as I went to confront them alone. I did not sign for the purchase at the store because the receipt did not show the monthly rate. The guy behind the desk further insulted me by pulling out a calculator and saying "I can show you how to figure it out" with a smirk on his face. The salesman was unenthusiastic.

I went in with a set amount of money that I new I could afford and it wasn’t much but Angie, the store manager helped me out and got me exactly what I wanted, when I left I was so happy with what I bought.
