I ordered my ottoman waited 8 wks and…
I ordered my ottoman waited 8 wks and on first day it was damaged and damaged my carpet. You made good and ordered a new one. I waited 10 wks when I called to see where the new one was. Amazingly I was told they could get it to me by Saturday or Sunday. What I find amazing is that if I didn’t call no one was going to call me to tell me my new ottoman was here and in the mean time I was stuck w a broken ottoman that I paid for already! I have purchased all of my furniture from Raymour for many many years and I feel like the quality of the furniture as well as the service has gone down hill.

My experience at Raymour & Flanigan was exceptional from start to finish. The team provided a perfect balance of service—they gave my family the space we needed to browse comfortably while remaining readily available to answer our questions.
A special thank you to the floor manager, Brunilda, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, even taking the time to answer our questions on her day off. We truly appreciated her dedication and expertise!

Sales person was very nice
Sales person was very nice, helpful and made us comfortable. We got a fair price and received free shipping which we appreciate. Most of order is coming the same week, we have to special order part of it for September but that is no problem for us, we are getting the part of the order we need the most. Over all a good experience

The good and the bad...
The staff was very helpful and concerned. However, we paid $1100 for a desk and ther next day cancelled it. We were told a refund would be issued "right away".
It's 22 days later and no credit has been received.
We had to initiate a claim with Discover
