Furniture and mattress came on the due date. communication of delivery was perfect from start to finish. Delivery persons were profession and fast. Great service.

Sharon and Reza were great with helping my husband and I out in picking out a dresser. (Both were from different locations). They took the time to talk with us and answered our questions.

Victor truly is the best. I have always had him as my salesperson and just am so happy with all he does and offers me. I love Raymour because your quality of furniture truly is amazing!

I can’t say that the technician did not try to fix my reclining sofa. He did order the parts and in the end it was determined that the motor was no good. It was also determined that the sofa had to be replaced. Unfortunately you do not carry the same Product. I made an appointment to do a reassignment and pick a new sofa. Unfortunately, and not the fault of Raymour and Flanigan the price of sofas among other things in this country have escalated by 10% and then some. This being said I had to pick out A sofa that now, 10 months later cost 10 to 15% more. Then I had to pay $500 out of my pocket to get this sofa. Let’s just say I was not excited about this whole situation and I am not sure if Raymour and Flanigan is to blame but it definitely cost me time and money and I don’t think I have as good of a product in the end. I should have been given an opportunity to get my money back, but that was not available. So in the end, due to a mechanical issue I had to give up the sofa that I chose to decorate my apartment, except a different sofa that I feel is not as good quality, and pay $500 out-of-pocket.
