bought a best selling couch in 2020 and my 2 year old and 4 year old almost got the wood in ottom through there leg. ottom broke down the Cushing sank to the floor. and I called and they wat to charge me to fix it. bad service will never buy from raymour and Flanigan again.

Glendora Sleeper Sofa
Gloria assisted us in our purchase. We were in need of a pull out sleeper sofa. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in all of the product manufacturers and different products they offered. We special ordered the Glendora sleeper in Santa Rosa linen.

No one checked or asked me if all the…
No one checked or asked me if all the information on my receipt was up to date. I had to go back to the same store the following day and make sure they gave me an updated receipt with the correct email. I did not receive an email on the day of purchase, so I checked the receipt thoroughly and found an incorrect email. I received an email pertaining to my purchase after I went and had the store correct my information.

I had a great experience shopping in Raymour & Flanigan. As soon as I walked through the doors, a sales person was there to great me. I explained what I was looking for, and I ended up finding what I wanted in about 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received, it was very professional.

Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted. I requested a sales person i previously used. He was available and came over in just a few minutes. I know what I wanted , it was in the showroom and the sales was completed in under 15 minutes !!!!

Jean-Pascal Polynice in Lake grove store, he was our salesman, he was the best, he went out of his way to show us different items we were interested in, he would take different chairs, pillows etc and show us how they would look with the furniture - we are extremely happy to have his help. we ended up buying living room, dinning room, and family room furniture.
