Platinum protection plan
Everyone at the Clifton Park store were very active to respond to me on a piece of my furniture that was damaged at my home. Michael Wojnar the store Mgr. went above and beyond to please my wife and I to replace the items. I recommend getting the protection plan to all buyers because they back all their products 100%. Great company to buy your next piece of home furnishings.

Very good experience
Sales representative was very helpful & answered all of my questions, and friendly. There was no pressure for me to make a decision & I REALY appreciate that. The rest of the staff was also helpful and friendly.

Stellar Customer Service
Brian was helpful and listened to our goals for the purchase. He was present, but not clingy. Dan and I both agreed that he was sincere.
R&F was the first of three stores we visited. We let Brian know that we would be leaving and shopping elsewhere prior to making a decision.
Upon leaving the store to continue the shopping, he was genuine and at ease. His knowledge about the products in the store and our goals left us with good questions for the other stores we visited.
