I purchased a dresser ($950) and a bedframe ($67). The salesperson insisted on writing two (2) orders, the consequence of which was that I paid $1200 for the dresser and $165 for the bed frame! This was due to adding a "minimum" delivery charge to the latter order even though it is being delivered in the same truck as the dresser. As yet, I haven't received this delivery, so cannot comment on the efficacy of the service.

Also, I'd like someone to explain to me why sales tax is added to delivery fees.

In any event, this will be my last purchase from Raymor and Flanagan. I don't appreciate being taken for a fool.

We went into Raymour and Flanigan, knowing exactly what we wanted. Johnny A was great. He did not pressure us into buying anything. Johnny was able to get me a 10% discount. We were extremely happy with the service.

The sleep consultant, Raj Sharma, was extremely helpful and gave me helpful information about the mattress that I chose. He has a very pleasant manner.

We entered the store looking for a particular style of table and chairs, but after looking through your extensive selection, we didn't find anything that matched our criteria. We were about to leave when Erik Schwimmer, Home Furnishing & Sleep Consultant, approached us and asked what type of table we were looking for. To make a long story short, Erik spent well over two hours asking us questions and showing us pictures of different brands and styles on the screen until he finally found exactly the table, chairs, and fabric we were looking for.
Erik went above and beyond in spending the time and effort to help us find our product. His mannerisms, dedication, and friendliness will ensure we return to your showroom and to Erik when we decide on the type of sofa bed we want.

Delivery was perfect. Setup was quick!

Don't waste your money or time with this location. Placed an order back in June 2025 and was told it would be ready in 4 weeks. Two months later they came with the wrong bed. I was told they would have to come back in another 4 weeks with the correct one. 7 weeks later and still nothing. The stores service after they make their sale is non-existent and incompetent. Was promised a refund on the delivery charge. Again, a lie.

The lady I worked with was super patient and very helpful. She assisted me with ordering and confirmation and was overall pleasant to work with. This will definitely encourage me to continue doing business here.

Knew what I wanted. Went right to it and bought it had purchased the same one a year and a half ago and now need another to replace an older chair and fortunately able to get the same chair to match color material everything the same fabulous. Dorothy my salesperson was very accommodating.

Danielle Kolacz was a great consultant. She listened to what we were looking for, and she showed us exactly what we needed. She also was able to get us a great price. We also needed to add 2 more chairs to order. Danielle made it so easy to add the chairs and to pay for them. Thanks Jimmy O’Hara

Sales manager honored the original price we were quoted even though our downpayment had been returned (it took longer to remodel our house than expected so we couldn't accept delivery in a timely manner).

Overall a great experience and sales person wasn't pushy and answered all our questions. Went back the next day to purchase.

Salesperson Dipika Daniels was patient and knowledgeable. Had great suggestions. Showroom Manager Ken Doyle came and took measurements and was very helpful and nice.

My wife and 4 children recently used Raymour & Flanigan to furnish our new home. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We decided to use the 5 year interest only option and pay "full price" on over $10,000 in furniture. When we finally moved into our new home there was no mailbox or even a registered mailing address to receive mail. Anyway, back in January 2025 I notified R&F that there is no mailbox or mailing address registered so it is critical I go paperless to receive my bills. Not only did they not email or have automatic bill paying option available but reported an $120 late payment to the credit bureaus. I've probably wrote 2 review of a company in my life and I'm praying no other customer has to have this experience. You have many options, DO NOT USE RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN!
