Renewed faith
After a very bad experience in the Newark Delaware store I had a fantastic experience at the Deptford store with Bonnie. I can't believe I was able to find the right products so quickly! Bonnie is a seasoned professional who knows how to help clients make good decisions. The other salesman in Newark was only after a sale telling me it was going off sale and I needed to put a deposit down. He didn't care what my needs were for the room, only wanted to make a sale. Bonnie truly cares and is an asset to your team!

Starr was a star
Starr greeted us at the door and told us where to look for dining room tables. She gave us some space for us to browse on our own, which we did appreciate as sometimes you do want to take a look on your own. Once we found what we wanted Starr was able to help us finalize everything without issue. She also tried her best to help us with another inquiry about a matching seat to our couches we already have, though the colors we needed were unfortunately discontinued. We still really appreciated her efforts. Long time customer and will be back again I’m sure in the future

Returning a mattress was never easier
We unfortunately did not like the mattress we purchased before the 90-120 days were up. We purchased the protection and the mattress protector as it was not a cheap mattress. We exchanged for a different version of the same manufacturer and had a flawless exchange. We even made out on the exchange due to a sale. The manager was spot-on perfect with his customer service and genuine personality. If you ever have a bad experience…I would question if you are being reasonable because this was not our first purchase at the same location working with many of the RF team. It’s nice to see great customer service in this day and age.
