Heartfelt Appreciation for Your Outstanding Service
Our experience at the Raymour & Flanigan showroom in Brooklyn was exceptional, thanks to sale associate Halina. From the moment we arrived, she treated my elderly parents with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. She took the time to understand their needs, never rushed them, and helped them choose the mattress that would provide the best comfort and support. The purchasing process involved additional paperwork and coordination, and Halina went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. She kept us informed, handled every detail with professionalism, arranged the delivery, and even followed up a few days later to make sure my parents were comfortable with their new mattress. That level of care is truly rare. I would also like to thank the Accounting Department for their prompt communication and assistance throughout the process. As a retired nurse, I especially appreciate professionals who genuinely care about the people they serve. Halina's compassion, dedication, and outstanding customer service turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into a wonderful experience for our family. The showroom was beautiful, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. When it's time for me to purchase furniture for my own home, I will definitely return to Raymour & Flanigan—and I sincerely hope Halina will be there to help me again.

The furniture selection and purchase from Raymour & Flanigan on Cropsey Avenue turned out to be a great experience. They have a vast selection, great deals, and a pleasant, professional staff. Sales consultant Galina was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and the manager, John Fazio, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We bought a sofa at the Coney Island location our representative was Mr Wynn. Mr Wynn was so personable, knowledgeable, and above all patient, we had a lot of questions and he had no problem answering them over and over and finding solutions that worked for us. We were not sure we were going to purchase that day but he made us feel comfortable with our selection. Mr Wynn goes above and beyond with Customer Service. In addition we will not hesitate to tell our family, friends and colleagues about Mr Wynn and his services at Raymour and Flanagan.

The store was very clean and well kept
The store was very clean and well kept, but the sales lady was very rude. She assumed because my ethnicity that I lived somewhere that wouldn’t work for delivery. I had to ask why did she think I lived in the projects and my couch won’t fit. I went to Ashley’s purchased a 3 piece sectional and had no issue. I explained to her I’m down sizing and she still wanted to argue with me. I just went home and purchased the sofa I wanted. Teach your saleswoman not to judge customers.
