I did not go to the store. I shopped online and did a chat with Hans. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also texted me a pic of the chairs I ordered and made arrangements for delivery, plus he was nice and friendly. I was very appreciative.

Rude
After doing a ton of research we settled on a couch and love seat combination. We have a small space in a row home. The sales associate assured us it would fit but then didn’t account for the width of the couch just the length. When we staged it when we got home we discovered the pieces would not fit. We called to cancel three days prior to a delivery date. When I spoke with the company and stated the problem I was hung up on by the sales associate. I understand he lost a sale but that was inappropriate. We intended to revisit the company to resume our search but now I feel going back to raymour is off the table.

very helpful, not pushy
greeted soon as I walked in. sales person was not pushy, she ask if I knew what type of furniture I was looking for, sectionals, leather etc... I told her, she showed me around to the different areas and left me be. She did check back in and I found what I had seen on line, I asked a few questions, she was very helpful and I ordered my furniture. She was very helpful.
