The store has amazing staff with great customer service! Tony knew what we were looking for and went around the entire store checking each coffee table to see if it met our criteria. When we went back, the store manager helped us get the best deal!

Emily was amazing…she is my go to person. I’ve gone back to her 4 times in the past 2.5 weeks to furnish my entire home that I’m purchasing. If it wasn’t on the showroom floor she found it with my description! She went above and beyond and was so very kind about all of it. She definitely deserves 10 plus stars!!! Everyone was very kind there especially the sweet ladies where you pay💜

Great experience with a recent mattress purchase. Mike provided great service in order to select the right mattress for my needs. It was in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Ordered a set of end tables at the Mechanicsburg store, I was told they would be ordered and shipped and arrive in one week. Store told me to just pick them up the following Thursday (total of 9 days). Went to the further away store ( Harrisburg) to pick them up, only to be told they were not ordered correctly and would ship the table to my house for the following Monday (4 days). I receive an confirmation email on Sunday that the tables would be delivered between 9-12 the next day (Monday). I receive a phone call at 7:10 a.m. Monday that the tables were not 'ordered' properly, and I can't get the table until at least Friday. This store can't do anything correctly, and I can't trust anything they are telling me on when of if the tables are going to arrive. This is really extremely poor order handling, and extremely poor communication from the staff and store. Getting 2 end tables shouldn't take this long for a company that just expanded with a new store and should have their processes down on how to get their furniture to the customer in a timely and efficient manner. Extremely poor customer service form the salesman to the staff coordinating the orders. Totally disappointed with them and will not shop there again.

I ordered this chair online to be delivered to my local store. Got a confirmation email but nothing else, so the day after it was supposed to have arrived, I tried the online chat the find out the situation. The person I chatted with looked it up and said it was at the store. Drove to the store, was directed to the desk, was told to pull around to the dock. Dockworker came out (eventually) and said they didn't have my order, said I could have it delivered to my home or pick it up a few days later at a store 20 miles from me. But I could no longer have it delivered to the most convenient store (the one I was at and was told it would be at) because they were liquidating. So went in and asked the desk clerk if I could get free shipping since, ya know, you're the ones who had dripped the ball. Nope. I held up my end of the contract by purchasing and being there to pick up what I had purchased. You didn't, and didnt seem to care to make things right. So I just canceled the order and got a refund. You didn't blink. Waited a few weeks and saw it on sale and got it delivered for $125 less than free shipping would have originally been. Your delivery guys were great though, the only reason you're getting even one star; and I like the chair, though if I didn't already have the matchig sofa, it would definitely not have been worth the hassle. All said and done though, you lost both $200+ on this sale and a past and future customer in the process. Good work!

Web site says 3 Day Delivery, ha! Ordered a simple mirror on 28 August, order said it would be ready to pick up on 5 Sept. Drove 50 miles round trip to be told it wasn't there and when I complained was told "well we didn't call you and say it was in". I will never purchase another item from Raymour Flanigan

Speedy delivery. Everything set up and in place quickly . Delivery men were professional and polite. Very pleased

A salesman greeted us as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for. he directed us to the 2nd floor and gave us plenty of time to look around before a different salesman approached us. he was very personable and did not pressure us in any way. [ had my mind pretty much made up to the furniture i bought.
