Raw Made Simple Anmeldelser

A direct issue with the delivery company had a knock-on-effect to my order. I contacted Raw Made Simple who quickly picked up the issue and dealt with very efficiently...great outcome, great service!!!

Professional, caring, efficient and responsive

I cannot recommend raw made simple enough!! I have 5 small terriers who I feed from here, absolutely love the condition they are in as they are all shown at various levels. Delivery is quick and packed well with no excess plastic and easily recyclable cartons. All the various flavours are very palatable and mush excitement at mealtimes!! Great value and great quality!! Sensible advice was happily given over the phone when needed.

Always happy with the ease of ordering and delivery. Packaging which doesn't leak or make a mess when defrosting like so many others do! Meat is good quality and my boys love it.

First time buyer.....and not disappointed! Our dog Poppy loves the mixed selection pack. Value for money when compared to similar products. More importantly arrived on time in well insulated box. Thank you!

I switched my dogs on to raw made simple and the service and product has been excellent all my dogs are absolutely loving it

My two french bull dogs love this food
Literally the best raw food I have got for them.
The packaging is so good and easy to use compared from other raw foods we have tried. Will continue to use for my two boys

Tried Raw Made simple after using a few other brands, my frenchie got loose stools on other suppliers. Since swapping 5 weeks ago his 💩 are firmer and less messy. He loves the different varieties on offer, delivery was quick and straight forward.

Fabulous customer service, very speedy (and free) delivery. Personalised advice available by the bucket load. More importantly the food is fabulous, far better quality than any other I've tried - and over 12 years of raw feeding I've tried many! I genuinely cannot fault the company or the products. Worth every penny.

Really great service and independent. Very supportive of needs and raw food excellent quality.

Service excellent as always. The food is very good quality. I tend to buy individual flavours now that I know which my Dogs prefer. It works out a bit more expensive but at least there isn't any waste like there was when I was purchasing the hampers. A little disappointed with the Beef ribs this time. Not much meat on them.

Great company to deal with. Super supportive and go the extra mile. Great product.

This is not the first time I've been on here the frozen dog food is great for the dog but DPD again just left it on the door step in really hot weather luckily I was in the front room when he turned up didn't even ring the bell when I nipped out to tell him just got a blank look before he drove off

Thank you for your amazing communication and help figuring out the tricky delivery to my address! And for all the little gifts you’ve sent us. It’s wonderful talking directly to the business owner! Especially when she is so helpful and lovely! Amazing products too, the food is exceptional as are all your other products.. been with you ages now and will stick to you for sure! Great value x

I've been thoroughly impressed with Raw Made Simple, their product quality is outstanding.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier dog food and exceptional support.

My 2 FrenchBulldogs Reggie & Remi are my life .. I want them to have the very best. I tried a few different Barf type foods and they were picky, I disliked the messy side to it. Then I found RAW MADE SIMPLE.
First thing the dogs instantly ate it clean bowls. That was a first.. but the NO MESS I loved . So did my son when they stayed over. So far we haven’t found a recipe they don’t like . Favourite is TRIPE MIXES.. now the service from the company is excellent it’s a bit like a family feel to it. They love the RAW Dogs that eat the foods that’s great.

Good initial offer. Well packaged order that was on time. The daft Dog loves the food. So all in all, can't score less than top marks 👍

Our dogs are happy, too! Great service, fast delivery with options!

I've been thoroughly impressed with Raw Made Simple. Their product quality is outstanding, and their customer service consistently exceeds expectations. Since switching, my dog is noticeably happier and healthier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier dog food and exceptional support.

I have been a customer of RAW now for over a year and I don’t normally do reviews but I feel I need to as I have used other businesses and these guys have been amazing. Not only does my dog love the food and he does the different selection and choice is awesome but also the customer service from the team, delivering to us when it fits us they are amazing and that’s why after a year I can’t talk this business up enough they get my custom and will continue too whilst delivering this 5 star service every time
