Rangemaster pro 60. What an unreliable piece of crap this cooker is. Purchased this for just under £1000 November 2024 and in that time we have been without it due to faults for almost three months of that time!! now it’s developed more faults leaving us cooker less again!!! We are awaiting a visit from the engineer and then no doubt another long delay while we await for the parts to arrive from Turkey. The cooker when working is excellent but without reliability it’s a useless over priced piece of scrap. Avoid purchasing this at all costs. I sincerely hope the company take note of this review but doubt they will!! AGA was a British company you could trust and rely on but now is just another company that has sold out to cheap imported low grade products.

Don’t be fooled by this make it is glossed up shit my cooker according to the engineer that first came out (now 6 times) it is a known problem that the hobs will blow up the circuit board, cheap crap made in turkey and sold expensive to us UK suckers and Rangemaster are not doing anything about it, I suggest the nearest skip

Don’t be fooled by the “Up to 3 years warranty” claims. Our overpriced kettle stopped working after 18 months and the best Rangemaster can offer is a “take it or leave it” PARTIAL refund, in addition to which you have to send the product back so they can fix it and resell it at full price. What kind of warranty is that? Absolute joke.

I bought a Rangemaster kettle a while ago and it was not cheap I have to say, with the thinking that this kettle would last us for a long time. However, there is nowhere to buy or find the filter spout replacement for Rangemaster kettle as it does break after some months. I have been searching on the internet and contacted the customer service of Rangemaster. The answer I received from the customer service is that they don't "supply this spare part"!! Absolutely not impressed by the service and product!! Can't throw the kettle away as it's expensive. Will have to use the filter spout replacements of other kettles from other brand and I don't even know if they will fit. If I had known this is an issue, I REALLY WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT this kettle!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED INDEED!!!

My replacement kettle was sorted by sending me a new one. The rangemaster logo on the replacement kettle disintegrate after a few months old.

I don;t know what is the flaw in this kettle but it doesn;t seem to boil water fully, and looses heat instantly. Maybe it's the size of it, and because of surface area it looses heat quicker than a regular kettle, but it is useless as a kettle It's a decorative piece and a waste of money.

I purchased a Rangemaster kettle but after a few weeks the badge began to peel which looked awful, I contacted the retailer and they replaced it but I am now experiencing the same with the replacement kettle which is starting to peel after just a few weeks. I would not be too bothered if these kettles were not retailing for around £100 but I bought because I wanted something well made that would last and look good. I feel bad returning the second kettle as I do try to be eco freindly so I approached rangemaster and suggested that I would accept a partial refund and keep the kettle but they told me they don't offer refund and I need to go back again to the retailer. Really disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing from them and won't make the same mistake again.

Having purchased a Rangemaster Classic 110 gas cooker and hood it arrived damaged. When contacting Rangemaster they pass you onto a company called Repair care to deal with the repairs. They then book you and engineer that doesn't turn up as they have subbed the original job to another company called Domex. When contacting Domex they explained that they have no engineers available to carry out the repair on the arranged date. So basically Rangemaster take your money and then don't give a dam about the product they send out along with their non existent customer care service. The customer then has to scrabble about trying to find out who is responsible for carrying out repairs to the damaged goods on behalf of Rangemaster. This company provides expensive cookers and hoods and no back up service. Be warned do not buy an Aga Rangemaster product if your hoping for reliable customer service.

Don't be misled, this is not a Rangemaster/AGA cooker manufactured in uk of unrivalled performance. This cooker is made in Turkey and has a design fault that will leave you without a cooker for weeks on end and fighting to get your money back.

Worst cooker I’ve ever purchased, actually it’s the worst appliance I’ve ever purchased. They call it the Rangemaster Professional, it’s 60cm. From the beginning there were issues, we should have taken it as sign and accepted the refund. Firstly when the oven is on the whole cooker is hot to the touch, if you’re grilling anything you have to insert a guard to stop the knobs from melting. Why?? and it’s useless because the cooker gets so hot, they melt anyway, and Rangemaster charge over £20 for a new knob. It’s cheap plastic and not worth the money! You expect a certain level of quality when you pay £599, which is lacking here. Now after only five years, the clock is broken and beeps non stop unless you unplug the cooker, and then you can’t use it. I have a mini chopper that I bought for £7 eight years ago, that’s still going strong. I’m so disappointed, we now have to get a new cooker. I may go back to beko, lower end yes, but at least it was still working when we replaced it with this piece of crap waste of money!

Have a Rangemaster classic 110. Love it, but bottom oven starting not staying lit. Rang company to organise repair,James couldn't have been more helpful. Sorted now

We ordered a Rangemaster Toledo+in MARCH having read glowing reviews.The range was delivered on 19th July. On unpacking it was immediately obvious that two of the doors were faulty and did not close properly.The packaging was undamaged so this was obviously a fault of production. We cancelled the gas engineer who was due to install the appliance as we could not be sure of the safety.The range is still sitting in our hallway partially unpacked.
We immediately contacted Rangemaster who informed us that the problem would be escalated to the highest level.
Later that day we received a call from a third party maintenance company stating that there were no engineers available,
It is now 24 hrs later and we have received the same message again from the third party company.I was unaware that Rangemaster/AGA etc outsourced their maintenance. A worrying situation.
We are now without a functioning cooker with no idea when Rangemaster will rectify the situation.Our entire kitchen was refitted to accommodate this range so we are far from impressed.

We recently had our kitchen refurbished with rangemaster products and we have an entirely stress free process. Their customer service was fantastic and the installation team were second to none.

We had the Britannia Sigma 120cm Range Cooker installed and it is amazing, the look of the piece is slick and stylish without being too audacious.

Speedy delivery, prompt service even on callbacks, helpful staff. A+ and a pleased customer here.
